Germany had the momentum in 1917. The Russian Army gave up so the Germans were able to focus on the Western Front. Yet Germany lost WWI.

It's hard to predict what will happen next in this particular war.

its the equivalent of Japanese Kamikazes in 1945 - shocking, destructive, but a sign of desperation, and strategically insignificant.

Dad was manning an anti aircraft gun at the base of the #3 turret of the Maryland, when a Kamikaze got through withering fire and impacted the top of said turret.

He might disagree, a few feet lower, it would have hit the side of the turret right over his head, and I wouldn't be here...

The told Ukraine to cease attacks in Russia. The reason is oil oil globally and in Ukraine electrical generation specifically.

The US cannot help Ukraine if Ukraine insists on poking the bear.

Personally, I am looking forward to Russia’s solution to the three nuclear generation plants near Kiev... how they halt transmission of the electricity without disabling the plants.

You really end up a mushroom behind the Western firewall if you don’t follow or find news sources.

Nothing I post is baseless. Everything is from Brics Nation sources.

Try the Duran on YouTube, military summary channel, or Levan. Leaven’s YouTube covers the Russian headlines.

“””””Last week, the United States told Ukraine to stop the attacks on Russian Terroritory. The United States remined them that the weapons they received are not permitted to be used in Russia, and only in Ukraine — it was further impressed upon the Ukrainian Government that continued support in the War depends on their being an Ally and not a Rouge Terrorist Actor on the World Stage.”””””

Of course you can’t show me that statement, it doesn’t exist, and we know about the request for Ukraine to stop damaging Russian oil production, a request they are ignoring so far.

Yeah, right. Russia attacks Ukraine and Ukraine strikes back. And this is “poking the bear.” If Russia does not want to be attacked by Ukraine, then go home and stop this war.

Factory for producing copies of the Iranian drone, was not hit.

A nearby dormitory was hit by a Ukraine drone that struck just outside the dorm.

Students are [apparently] required to work on the Iranian drone manufacturing.

Blindness us willful. You say Russia attacked Ukraine. I say the Nuland coup and trying to have over Russian yblack Sea flt Hq to NATO was the first act of war. The second was immement deployment of missiles in Ukraine.

It’s not that I “say” that Russia attacked Ukraine, it did. Nor does this have anything to do the so-called coup or NATO expansion. Putin for years has proclaimed his belief that Ukraine is not a real country, that it is really a part of Russia. He saw his chance to make that come true and he took it. Stop trying to justify what is nothing but pure Russian aggression.

From a guy who teaches at the Army War College:

Historical deconstruction of the Ukrainian war and going back to 2008 with Pres Bush.

This is a hard truth.
