FAA issues ground stop advisory on all Alaskan Airline's flights without mentioning the reason

It’s best to stop an airplane while it’s on the ground.
A psy-ops trashing of commercial air travel by use of safety scare tactics is part of re-educating and controlling public travel patterns. The number of incidents per million miles flown is actually lower than ever.
Possibly a weight and balance software issue.
More like crappy maintenance.
May be shifting blame from Boeing to Alaska Airlines. I suspect Boeing pays Federal officials better.
Alaska Air issued this statement following the ground stop:
This morning we experienced an issue while performing an upgrade to the system that calculates our weight and balance. A ground stop for all Alaska and Horizon flights was instituted at approximately 7:50 a.m. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage guests to check the status of their flights on alaskaair.com or the Alaska App prior to heading to the airport.

That was my thought, too. Specifically, though, what are they doing wrong?
Counterfeit parts?
Failure to follow prescribed intervals for maintenance?
Unqualified/uncertified labor?
Failure to document/inspect work?
Programmed a “+” instead of a “-“ in the weight and balance calculating software because math is just for White people anyway.

ONCE an airplane is sold-—The Maintenance issues belong to the airline.
Once a car is sold-—The Maintenance issues belong to the owner.

Perfect description of 90% of corporate America.

I’m thinking they have identified a saboteur, and now all the planes are going to need a thorough inspection.
While I could believe in problems with computer coding, these types of things have happened before, and the carrier cancels their own flights instead of the FAA issuing a ground stop advisory.

If you have been following the United travails out of SFO lately you can see there are severe problems with maintenance in the airline industry especially on the west coast. My son wanted to be a A & P mechanic so I researched the current state of the industry as my uncle was a top tech for American. Two years of schooling and an apprenticeship and entry techs start as ramp techs for $19.00 p/hr. Outdoors in all weather conditions on third shift, big fun. Now imagine trying to recruit in high priced California. Luckily I steered my son into digital manufacturing (machining) where he makes 6 figures building aircraft engines.
