National Guard captain blows up the Jan. 6 narrative

Last week, House lawmakers heard from whistleblowers who said they have information about why the National Guard‘s response to the Capitol riot was severely delayed.

The Committee on House Administration’s oversight panel conducted a hearing last Wednesday called “Three Years Later: D.C. National Guard Whistleblowers Speak Out on January 6 Delay.”

The whistleblowers also were expected to provide details about then-Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy’s role in the response. It appears that he is the pivot man in this story and it's his ass that is being hung out to dry. Capt. Timothy Nick

One of the whistleblowers, was Capt. Timothy Nick. Capt. Nick, who was serving as the aide-de-camp (personal assistant) to Major General William Walker, the commanding General of the District of Columbia National Guard on January 6th, 2021.

This extract from Capt. Nick's testimony contains the key elements from his testimony:

"I can say unequivocally that the Inspector General's Review is riddled with inaccuracies, misstatements, and perhaps false flags and narratives regarding how critical Pentagon senior officials responded when our republic was under great stress (!!)."

During a conference call at 2:31 PM with members of United States Army, US Capitol Police, Metropolitan Police Department, District of Columbia Government, and US Secret Service Uniform Division, the US Army's Lieutenant General Walter Piatt, Director of Army staff and the Army's Lieutenant General Charles Flynn, Director of Chief of Staff of Operations were on the call." Also was Colonel John Lubas, executive officer to the Secretary of the Army."

"The Army FALSELEY DENIED that General Flynn was ever on the call. This is false and material on its face. Lieutenant General Flynn was on the call and even participated in discussions. The defense inspector's review also rounds language papering over the fact that Lieutenant General Piatt, Lieutenant General Flynn, while on the call discussed how they did not like the OPTICS."

"That is a direct quote, and they stated it would be in their best military advice to recommend to the Secretary of the Army, Ryan McCarthy, to deny the request from Command General William Walker to deploy the DC National Guard and aid US Capitol Police in restoring restoration of Order Liberty on Capitol Hill."

The National Guard had been deployed, were on standby, and awaiting its "go" order, but "Optics" got in the way, and what had become an "insurrection," was allowed to continue for another three hours before the Guard would get the "go."

Paul Irving, Nancy Pelosi's former Sergeant at Arms denied the five requests [for the DC National Guard], citing a concern for "optics.”

Washington Mayor, Muriel Bowser, who wrote a letter to the DC Guard refusing to authorize (left sidebar) was concerned with optics.

The Department of Defense's John Lubas was concerned with optics per Capt. Nick.

The Army's Lieutenant General Piatt and Lieutenant General Flynn were concerned with optics according to Nick's testimony.

It was clear. The Powers-That-Be didn't want anybody in an Army uniform to be anywhere near the Capitol. The Washington Democrats wanted a closed stage.

But the National Guard was there -- ready for duty! They'll tell you and they'll tell you what got in the way -- OPTICS!

A former official for D.C. National Guard has issued a shocking accusation against two generals who he believed perjured themselves before Congress in their testimony about the events of Jan. 6.

In a stunning memo to the Jan. 6 committee obtained by Politico, Col. Earl Matthews accuses Army Gen. Charles Flynn (brother of Michael Flynn) and Lt. Gen. Walter Piatt of wholesale fabrications about their accounts of the attack on the Capitol.

The crux of the allegation is that Matthews claims Flynn and Piatt lied to Congress when claiming that they moved for the D.C. guard to be quickly deployed soon after the attack began. Matthews believes that the generals made their claims in an effort to smear Major Gen. William Walker, who was the commanding general of D.C. National Guard, and essentially turn him into a scapegoat. NBC reported this as news on March 3rd, 2021.

The commanding general of the District of Columbia National Guard, told members of Congress Wednesday that he had troops ready to deploy immediately to the Capitol on Jan. 6, but it took more than three hours for the Defense Department to give the green light.

The commander, Maj. Gen. William J. Walker, added that military leaders -- including the brother of ex-Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn -- advised at one point during the afternoon that deploying troops would not be "good optics."

In his opening remarks before two Senate committees, Walker said that he received a “frantic call” from the chief of U.S. Capitol Police, Steven Sund, early that afternoon about the security perimeter of the Capitol being breached. So, what changed?

Just last month, the subcommittee released never-before-seen interview transcripts from the now-defunct House Jan. 6 Select Committee. The oversight panel says the Democrat-run select committee suppressed testimony about then-President Trump pushing for National Guard troops to protect the Capitol.

The transcripts revealed former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato told the Jan. 6 committee that Mr. Trump wanted 10,000 National Guard troops to protect the nation’s capital on Jan. 6, 2021, but D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser responded with a signed letter rejecting the help (left sidebar).

The President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, had pre-authorized the deployment of 10,000 National Guard troops for duty on January 6th 2021 to provide security and delegated this responsibility to the Secretary of the Army.

The order was given. The National Guard troops were assembled. Instead of deploying those troops to secure the capitol during the election challenges in the Electoral College, the Pentagon deployed the troops away from the Capitol over a concern for "optics" -- the same government that would call Jan. 6 an "insurrection" and "an existential threat to democracy" just hours later.

So, with no National Guard troops to get in the way, the Biden government allowed the Jan. 6 riots to happen -- most likely orchestrated them -- tagged the events as an "insurrection," and then proceeded to frame Donald Trump and his supporters as "insurrectionists."

Bottom line -- the District of Columbia National Guard was standing by. They were there. There was a reason for that. Somewhere there are written orders commanding the DC Guard to get into their soldier suits, grab their "go bags" and prepare to deploy.

The Guard was ready to go. The Democrats didn't want the Guard anywhere near the Capitol because of "optics" -- but what didn't they want The People to see?

Yes, that began with Obama, where federal agencies substituted Democrat Party interests for the Constitution.

Keeping liberty order is a duty under the Constitution, not a matter of party optics. The Dems run wars based on PR imagery. And thats why they lose wars and try to cover up their PR shenanigans while people die.

J6 was espionage condicted by the FBI, DOJ, CIA and Nancy Pelosi. IMHO they wre set up to assassinate President Trump but he did not go to the Capitol like they assumed he would, and so they created this circus show as a plan B.The pipe bombs had been prepared for the assassination but were later disarmed and left as red herrings?

I realy have developed a singular dislike for Democrats.I think the nation is getting there too.

OJur agencies nolonger follow the Constitution, they follow Democrat Party interests. This is the reason we now live in a fascist nation.

Separation of powers... the different branches of government have a tradition of respecting certain physical boundaries.

Presidents have to ask permission to even go to the Capitol to give their annual SOTU speech.

Pretty sure the Speaker of the House cannot go strolling into the Oval Office uninvited, either. Same with the Senate.

Same with the Supreme Court.

Senate and House leaders would have to jointly request/approve any move by the Executive Branch inside their turf, such as deployment of troops.

IMHO, Hillary Clinton started the takeover. Her part in the Clintons’ 2 for 1 Presidency was to select the General Counsels for the departments and agencies. She pacted the government with leftist lawyers, and used them as choke points to control all policy decisions and to establish institutional barriers to prevent rolling back the situation after they were out of office. Obama picked up where she left off, and went far beyond H’s scope.

My guess is that the Dems had the pipe bombs as backup in case the riot plan fizzled (they could use operatives to try to get riots going, but what crowds of people will do is never a sure thing).

The Democrat Party has been a loathesome, self-serving club from its start. Slavery, Civil War, Jim Crow, lynchings, the KKK, socialism, mass immigration, massive debt — all Democrat.
