“We’ve had enough messes as House Speaker”
I have absolutely no idea where this comment comes from.
It comes from the fact that we've had enough messes as House Speaker, the latest being Mike Johnson. We don't need another mess - and a woman who can't keep her hands off her boyfriend's genitalia in public is definitely a mess.

Jim Jordan is probably compromised and that’s why he isn’t going for the job. Massie is the guy. Of course Boebert doesn’t have anything left to hide so go for it

WE DON’T HAVE THE VOTES FOR A CONSERVATIVE SPEAKER! Why are conservative Republican representatives trying to install a democrat Speaker?

Actually that makes her better foe the job (not sure if she’s smart enough, i dont know anything about her). The Speaker should be someone who is greatly flawed, who had been caught cheating, maybe cheated on their taxes
..public groping is great too. We dont need someone who pretends to be perfect who will give away everything to keep the facade of perfection going in the face of Intel threats.

"

When the Establishment offered Mike Johnson to us in October they sold him to us as a great family man. So it cannot, under any circumstances, come from there.
To put this in reverse, in October the GOP did not come to us and say "Mike Johnson is such a mess, you should pick him!!!"
Still searching for where your comment comes from. Facts not in evidence.

No, we don’t need someone with a history of public drunkeness and abohrent behavior as speaker...

I’m not saying that she’d be my first choice for speaker, but if Bill Clinton can be president of this whole nation, then Boebert can be speaker. We need a staunch conservative warrior (not a saint) as speaker.

Please, this is a nonsensical argument. Hey the other guy was worse, so our guy/gal can be a $h1t$h0w too? No... Just no...
There are plenty of conservatives and constitution loving members in the house without having to draw on someone who is a drunken sideshow in their personal life.
We can do better, and we should demand better... dumbing down ain’t the answer.... Anyone seriously considering this women for speaker should be laughed out of the building.

Not a job with a long career path.
She is much too late for the TV show Queen For A Day. Women competed for one of them to get the solutions to their problems.
Now the term is used to testimony with immunity in criminal investigations. Might come in handy in DC.
“Proffer or “queen for a day” letters are written agreements between federal prosecutors and individuals under criminal investigation which permit these individuals to tell the government about their knowledge of crimes, with the supposed assurance that their words will not be used against them in any later proceedings.”

There are plenty of conservatives and constitution loving members in the houseI don't know about "plenty", but there are some.
There just aren't 218 votes to make one of them Speaker.

if Bill Clinton can be president of this whole nation, then Boebert can be speakerBill Clinton got 45 million votes and 370 Electoral Votes, that's how he could be President.
There aren't 50 votes in the House for a conservative speaker, so, no, Boebert can't be Speaker.

and people actually believe that Biden got over 80 million real votes?

So your choice is to give up and let the Demoncrats control the House? And don't tell me that there is no difference - after years of Nazi Pelosi running things her way, we are sliding downhill somewhat slower.
Or do you have an actual plan to produce an alternative that will be able to get a majority in the House?

I don't care about Mike Johnson being a great family man, or Lauren Boebert being a great family woman. I care that they might have any reason not to function as conservative House Speakers. I have no idea what Johnson's underlying problem is, but clearly he is a massive fraud who somehow persuaded people he is a conservative. I can already see that Boebert is a mess - she has too many distractions and side issues to ever be an effective House Speaker.

Stupid voters fuel this madness, but following the 2020 presidential election the voters might be getting too much of the blame. If democrat cheating is kept in check we wouldn’t be suffering under a Biden regime. Well there's enough stupid voters to make the cheating possible.
