The $61 billion is mostly payments for equipment already delivered. Money is meaningless anyway, Ukraine has a troop shortage it can’t fix. Ground is being lost faster now, and without more cannon fodder Ukraine can’t cover the 600 mile front properly.
Yep. It’s like playing Whack-a-Mole. UKR might have great capability for one or a couple of high priority fronts but an extended front line and multiple hot spots, it’s not really viable for them, IMO.
When the collapse comes at the front it will mostly fall all at once. The roads heading west out of Kiev will be pandemonium as the foreign troops and the Kiev regime scramble to gtfo.
Simple solution. Declare all women to be TransMen, and draft them. Roughly doubling the manpower pool should work, at least in the short run.
