That laws or rules are going to be enforced at some time isn’t quite fair to the hood rats. They’ve been on an almost four year crime spree for a while now. To suddenly expect them to register, insure, and be licensed to drive, not sell drugs or guns, not steal cars, not modify weapons, pay child support, obey traffic laws, obtain permits for large gatherings, etc.....is just racist and unfair.
