Stormy Daniels, the porn actor paid hush money to keep an alleged affair with Donald Trump secret ahead of the 2016 election, has taken the stand Tuesday in the former president’s New York criminal trial.
Daniels, wearing black with her hair in a clip, smiled nervously as she entered the room, walking quickly toward the stand. She put on a pair of black, thick-rimmed glasses as she started.
Trump was whispering with his attorney, Todd Blanche, and watched Daniels as she prepared to begin her testimony.

By Stormy’s own repeated admission, there was no affair with Trump. This has been documented in several letters and news articles.

If the left is determined to lie about you, there’s nothing you can do to stop them. You might as well call Trump a fool for just breathing. Trump just lost a civil case for “defaming” a woman with a record of false accusations and a story so full of holes that even you probably don’t believe it.
This Bragg case has nothing to do with Trump being foolish. His supposed crime isn’t even about an alleged affair with Daniels. It’s about an alleged accounting error made in 2017 supposedly made to steal an election THAT HAD ALREADY OCCURRED. If you want to blame Trump’s current legal troubles on his “foolishness” rather than a lawless criminal justice system then it’s clear that you’re the fool, not Trump.

Is the judge preventing them from bringing up her written affidavit to the contrary?
