Former President Donald Trump’s classified records trial in Florida has been indefinitely postponed. Instead, Judge Aileen Cannon released an order with multiple pre-trial hearings focused on Special Counsel Jack Smith. Independent journalist Julie Kelly joins to break down why Smith should be worried.

Chutkin has a completely different case. She is presiding over the January 6 case that Trump tried to “overthrow” the government. She doesn’t have a say in cannons case.
From my professional experience and perspective I can see where this is coming from. These crooks have gone to far and have prompted people to star taking action.
Cannon can rule that Jack Smith's appointment as special prosecutor was illegal and invalid (which it was) and and have his entire team dissolved and his prosecutions mooted.
As Ed Meese correctly argued , Jack Smith has no more authority to prosecute Trump or anyone else than Taylor Swift does, so that ruling would put an end to both Smith's Florida and DC prosecutions.
Interesting background on the legality of Smith’s appointment and the exact nature of his role, at lease technically, as head prosecutor or mere assistant.

I’m no legal strategist, so I don’t know, ... perhaps Smith is the fall guy and the DOJ will sacrifice his reputation, law license and career to protect those DOJ insiders and allow them to continue their efforts to destroy Trump in the background.
“The Constitution and Supreme Court may yet prevail over Smith.”

Cannon seems reasonable, and that is not good for the Marxist Democrats.
Cannon may be allowing Smith to sink himself by making him push too hard.
By upholding Cannon’s dismissal of the case when it is appealed.

Good idea. However, in emergency situations, such as we now have in the USA, extraordinary measures must be taken. This will require great courage, intellectual and moral clarity, and sense of responsibility. Rising to such a challenge is difficult. Only the brilliant can understand it. Only the great can do it.
