I have been hearing some reports that both the Afgans and the Pakistans are massing troops at their border. Also heard that Afgans are pointing SCUDS at Paks. Will they go to war?

They already have gone to war. They did when they hit our civilian targets, and they have
in Chechnya. The Chechnyan rebels are Bin Laden trained, and most likely directed.
