Please post on this thread any link or information that provides evidence that some in the Muslim community had prior knowledge of the 9-11 attack. Newspaper accounts or first hand experience would be appreciated. I think it is important to record this information while the event is relatively recent.

Boy in Dallas suburb predicts start of WW III day before attacks

Boy in Dallas suburb predicts start of WW III day before attacks
The day before terrorists attacked New York and Washington, a fifth-grader in a Dallas suburb told his teacher World War III would begin the next day, school officials have told the FBI.
The boy was absent from school the day of the attacks, Sept. 11, and the following day, but has been at school since then, said Rhonda Lucich, a director of elementary education for the Garland Independent School District.
Lucich said the boy approached his teacher on the afternoon of Sept. 10 and casually told her:
"Tomorrow, World War III will begin. It will begin in the United States, and the United States will lose."

I also heard that during that morning, when Manhattan is usually lined end to end by yellow cabs, there was not a cab to be found. It was as if they had all just disappeared. 50 posted on 10/17/01 8:08 AM Pacific by NixNatAVanG InDaBurgh

A source or first hand experience to confirm this would be appreciated.

Actually, there's doubt as to how much of the story is accurate:
Boy predicts World War III The plane story is true, but it's unclear as to whether it was an actual adavnce warning of the Sept. 11 attacks.

I saw the Islamic calendar from Egypt obtained in the Netherlands that showed a drawing of a jet aircraft plummeting toward the skyscapers of New York City. The caption said something like "Let my fate be in Allah's hands". This was featured on Brit Hume's show and sourced from newsmax.com, I think. This calendar was printed in Egypt for 2001 I believe, with an eeriely similar view of what the terrorists actually finally did on Sept 11th. We are told Egypt is our "ally" in the war against fundamentalist extremist Islamic terrorism and they have even been defended as such here by posters no less than one called "George W. Bush". I can only hope the real Bush isn't as ignorant and naive as that one. Egypt is an ally of terrorism, our enemy, and must be dealt with as such.

I saw last night on either Fox or CNN that European authorities are investigating a Muslim calendar that featured a plane crashing into Manhatten and the words "We place our fate in God's hands" for the month of September. The implication was that the calendars had been out for some time, thus predicting the attack.
They showed a picture of the calendar page in question. The actual copies of the calendar were found in a Muslim school in Belgium or something like that.

Miss Cleo didn't know did she? This is not a question of fortune telling.
The question is did the planners of 9-11 warn members of the Muslim community to prevent harm to fellow Muslims. The massive short selling of United and American Airlines indicate many knew before hand. The purpose here is to try to determine how widespread that warning was and why the information was not provided to the proper authorities.

Thanks for the graphic and the confirmation. Now we should point our guns towards Egypt and its infrastructures. They are different from their militant extremist neighbors only in words, not deeds and alliances.

I think it was around the middle of last week (Oct. 10?) when Michael Medved recounted the
story of his brother's business associate in NYC getting an indirect warning on the evening
of Sept. 10. It was apparently a "loose lips" slip from the children of the
Muslim family who lived next door.
The business associate survived Sept. 11 (I can't remember if he actually
worked in the WTC towers), but called the FBI immediately. The Muslim family had
cleared out sometime during the night of Sept. 10 or very early Sept. 11.
Sounds like a "I know a friend who knows a friend" story, but Medved is such a
straight arrow on facts, I did pay attention to this one.

That is the kind of information that is helpful and if is not recorded now it will be lost.
There seems to be considerable evidence that many members of the Muslim community knew in advance of the attack. My wife works in an office building and a Muslim co-worker sits behind her. The Muslim lady rarely misses work and she was there on 9-10 and 9-12, but absent on 9-11. When asked why she missed work she said she had something to do. I wonder how common this is for Muslims working in office buildings

I was listening to Imus' show on Sept. 14 and a man called in from Queens and said, 1)there were no cabs on the street in Queens the morning of Sept. 11, but after the attacks several Middle Eastern cab drivers had congregated there and were celebrating; and 2) a friend of his owned a deli a block away from the WTC; he had six Middle Eastern employees and none of them showed up for work on Sept. 11. This guy heard it first hand from his friend who owned the deli, not second or third hand. This was the first time I had heard any stories like this, so I thought at the time it was probably a hoax -- but now I am not so sure! I hope someone from the FBI has contacted this guy and gotten to the bottom of it.

There was a NY Post article on this, but I can't find it now.

So the Paki father chastises the American cops for being mean to his kid, and then Daddy takes off overseas and the kid returns to his American school. This is what Homeland Security is all about? Forget it!

I think the muslims having their lawn chairs ready along the piers over in Jersey was a dead giveaway.

Why doesn't Brit get his news from seances? After all the dead tell no tales, but newsmax never stops.
