Hard to do .. Israel is in the middle of the targets.

Seriously .. nukes are NOT the answer despite any retortic or exaggerations used.

A "genreic" nuclear weapon will 'only" destroy a dug-in target (even trenches help!) if it's exploded less than 1-2 miles away....even less for tactical and battlefield nukes.

The BIG megatonner's destroy a few miles radius of absolute damage ... but hills, valleys, mountainous terrain reduce even that. Nagasaki, for example, was much less damage than Hiroshima due its "relatively" low hills split the blast zone and shielded areas from destruction.

If we know where a cave or retreat/dugout/shelter is close enough to drop a nuke, then we know enough to go in with ground troops or a bunker-buster bomb.

BOTH are more effective (followed up by, or preceeded by) a carpet bomb drop with conventional weapons.

Look, you simply loose too much internationally dropping nukes for no military advantage.

Yep, it's like crashing passenger planes into densly populated office buildings. No military advantage.
