I don't know why Toobin wasted a year writing this book.

Because there is the Today Show to plug it, and meatheads like Couric who will buy it.

They both conveinently forget the MASSIVE amount of "Democratic" voter fraud. I can only hope that the Republicans learn how to commit such manipulative voting fraud and outright cheating that the Democtats are so skilled at.

They also didn't talk about the Demo's trying to bury the military votes. They also seem to forget that at least 50% of the country voted for Bush. They also seem to forget how many illegals voted for Bore.

I hate Katie Couric and Matt Lauer. Such arrogant and nasty traitors.

I guess I'm preaching to the choir here.

I sent NBC an e-mail just the other day, which said the following:
Just a brief note to let you know that I despise Katie Couric. Her and her ilk, not to mention the entire leftist media in this country, that have made a career out of trying to destroy our country, make me sick. My wife, who was a frequent viewer of your Today program, has become convinced that you and your kind are all socialists, and we have turned your network off in our house PERMANENTLY. I will not have my kids exposed to your incessant liberal claptrap, and the debauchery that you call entertainment. Your ratings are plummeting like a stone. I hope you enjoy the ride. You brought it upon yourself.
Havent heard from them yet...........

It will haunt us? Haunt us? Even if Gore did win 95% think President Bush is a blessing from direct from God. The other 5% work at the Today show and other media outlets.

Only one reason Toobin is saying this: He has a book to sell, and if it said Bush won he wouldn't sell a single copy.

As far as Kate and Jeff, this little get-together was purely mutal political masturbation.

Unbeleiveable. Note that even toonbin does not categorically state that gore actually won; he said he doesn't base his assessment on actual vote counts (because of course, if you count the votes, gore lost). Oh no, he bases his considered judgement on the "3400 votes for Buchanan that were really intended for gore". Just how in the H%$l does he know that? He also brought up the "dienfranchised black" vote, that despite months of investigation, not a shred of evidence has been found to support.

Perhaps the greatest lasting legacy of the 2000 presidential election will be the glaring display of willful denial, of blind allegiance to a preposterous notion that will not lie down decently. The truth of the matter is that gorons attempted to steal the election, Bush won out anyway and they are showing themselves to be profoundly sore losers, man.

BTW: When FR went down yesterday, I happened into a yahoo chat room titled "Bush is a big HUGE mistake". If you want to hear some funny stuff, try it, though it gets old after a few minutes. At the least it reminds you what the term "mind numbed robots" really means.

The fact is (and both Toobin and Couric know this) that if you tried to give the presidency to Gore now he'd run the other way screaming!

. Katherine Harris' office was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Republican campaign

Pure BS.. Katherine followed the law. And the law is a ridig standard, not some fulid entity that can be contoured under presure. The Democratic party failed its mission on election day and it was determined to either steal the election or spoil the result of the election..

The media is p*ssed because Bush won't give away war secrets, so the spoiling has been resumed and the enemy is comforted.

And so that's why the Republicans had protestors in the streets, the Democrats didn't.

They'll never get it, will they? Nobody organized us to protest; we organized OURSELVES, motivated by rage and fear that the O.J. Party was going to hijack another election with their chad punching antics.

Katie said, "I remember looking at them (reports)and thinking, I am so confused. I don't even understand, first the process"

NO KIDDING, Katie?!

Interesting question here. How much does a good, professional "military" grade, anthrax lab cost? I would assume it's in the millions right? If it's American anthrax, should we assume it's stolen? Is that possible? I doubt it.

So, who does that leave? Governments right? Us, the Russians or the Iraqis, right? Who else could do it?

Toobin: "Because of Katherine Harris. Katherine Harris' office was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Republican campaign and they decided that they did not want all the votes to be recounted because of the potential peril to the Republican's chances. So what happened was all the optical-scanned ballots, almost all of the optical-scanned ballots, those are the one's with like the SAT tests-"

Just skip Florida law. No mention of Ms. Harris following the letter of the law. I believe that a deadline was to be met, and they missed it.

Sometime, the appropriate action is to whack these mediawhores on the head to wake'em up to the reality.

They probably won't... It's maybe beyond cured.

Toobin: "Over and over again. Did not happen. What happened. Remember because the election was within a half of a percent there was supposed to be an automatic recount in the first two days after the election. And the results came out and that's what prompted the Republicans to say the votes had been counted and recounted. One quarter of the votes in Florida, 1.25 million votes were never recounted. Have never been recounted to this day."

The votes were automatically recounted by machine, which is what the law dictates. This Clymer is implying that they had to be recounted by hand in that time frame. It's too bad Katie is too biased to call him on it.

Toobin: "Because George W. Bush said to his people, principally, James Baker, 'get it done, period. I don't want to know the details. Get it done.' And so that's why the Republicans had protestors in the streets, the Democrats didn't

Gee, Baker didn't recruit me, I went to the protest in downtown Cleveland ( a 56 yr. old grandmother) because I was outraged at the antics of the Gore team trying to steal this election. And I did this all on my own.....
