No it still is not. The "good of the forum" is not an argument for, or against the right of free speech. Ownership is ownership, I can misuse my property if I wish.

When liberals want you to use your property their way, that is socialism. To argue for socialism-- as a defense for access to a medium-- is like requiring you to put someone elses yard sign on your property as "free speech." Even if you let others put up yard signs, you don't have to put up everyone elses. Regardless of reason.

Right or wrong, businesses do not enjoy the same protections as other property. I would say that businesses ought to be able to not do business with anyone they wish to avoid, but that is another issue. It can also be argued that current laws erode residential property rights with zoning etc. which could prevent all signs being allowed in the first place.

The analogy holds as long as somebody is owning that website. Newspapers do no have to print all the letters to the editor, website forums can ban posters which are inconsistent with their purposes. It is not a free speech issue the guy can still say what ever he wants, he just has not got a right to force someone else to pay for his message to be communicated.
