Actually, I have less sympathy for people who sell weed for profit, as it is the threat of jail which allows them to profit. Then again, I'd rather see legal companies selling it and reserving the jail space for the out of work dealers for real criminals...

All three suspects were charged with possession, sale and delivery of marijuana over 20 grams, a felony with penalties of up to five years in jail upon conviction.

Haven't you heard? They've been trying to figure out ways to slap obesity taxes on us recently. (Wonder what they're going to call officially obese - and will they go by weight alone, or actually consider allowances for musculature as opposed to blubber?) To think that I thought my granny was awesome because she had Chocolate chip cookies waiting for me all the time. Good heavens!! Wonder what my grandmother, Imogene, would have thought about this?? LOL!

And I suppose while they where charging her & filling out the paperwork there were several murders only a few blocks from the police station.The murderers would have got away while this was going on.

For god's sake whats wrong with the cops over there? are they too lazy to go out and catch the real criminals? Or did they spot her selling while they were on the way back to the station after buying donuts?
