Fox News aired it 10 minutes ago and said it took place at the I95 and I264? interchange. Did anyone hear this? I didn't catch the last one....Where is this near?

If they were headed east approaching I-95 they may have intended on taking the truck up (or down) 95 to their destination.

I believe that is in Wilson, NC. East/Northeast of Raleigh halfway between Greenville and Raleigh. I95 is a major north/south interstate through NC.
