Good article, Saber. Politicians, and the business community would be wise to direct their energy and support to the under-employed American citizens who need to be removed from welfare roles and put into gainful employment, without adding competition from illegal workers from poorer countries, who will work for even less money. The cycle of poverty in America's inner-cities and rural areas will never be broken if we continue to motivate able-bodied Americans to degenerate and collect welfare, while we import illegal workers to do entry-level work.
However, politicians, the liberal media and the business community who hire and benefit from the illegals' work believe that the American economy needs hundreds of thousands of undocumented workers to fill unskilled and unwanted jobs within the United States. At least some politicians and liberals would appear to be attempting to justify illegal immigration as an economic necessity and as a benefit to American business. And less scrupulous business owners agree and are exploiting these illegal workers in sweatshops and farm fields throughout the country.
And more than a few of those politicians are "conservative" DIABLA (Democrat in all but label) Republicans... not a few in the current White House. Some actually believe that selling out our country to illegals is a good way to attract latinos to the GOP.
We Americans have a lot of our own house cleaning to do.
