If some people would drag themselves away from the soap operas and the Super Bowl and do a little research, it may be realized that the "shadow gov't" theory has been around probably even longer than the "continuity of gov't scheme" and they are not the same thing...
Likely Daschele(sp?) was telling the truth when he said he knew nothing of a shadow gov't which was admitted to by George Bush...The Big question is; was George mistaken when he called the COG plan the, up til now, secret shadow gov't??? Or was he letting us know about the other "WTO shadow gov't" ???
