But in all seriousness, this folderol about a "Shadow Government" is crap, and the reaction of the tinfoil hat crowd to the story is hysterical, to say the least. This is prudent Nuclear War planning, that's all.

Yeah, so far, all I've read about in terms of the hidden places in this thread are probably at least mostly just prudent planning etc. . . .

Nevertheless, it has afforded a springboard for other points to be made. . . . ignored, railed at . . . . etc.
