Still nothing from Jesse and Al on this obvious hate crime?

"He still wishes to talk to her someday and to learn and help the healing process. This is especially important because Brandon was the closest person to his dad and, while his dad was alive, he tried to stay close as best he could. . ."But we all have consequences for our actions."
I surely hope that Chante experiences the consequences of hers. . .

That low-life probably didn't have any auto insurance.
And no assets.
Unfortunately, this poor kid's lawsuit probably won't go too far.

This kid will win his suit easily, however all he'll receive is a bill from his attorney.

There's nothing for them to gain from this one. I expect silence from these two race-baiting poverty pimps.
The most serious thing I see here is an ABJECT LACK OF JUDGEMENT this creature had (I can't bring myself to call her a human). My dog can judge right from wrong better than she can. I hope that her actions represent very few Americans, but I doubt it.

"But we all have consequences for our actions." Thanks for the ping, Meekie. Now she'll be in court twice (like O.J.), civil and criminal. Civil will be for restitution, and as several already observed, he'll probably get nothing . . . . she have a judgment against her in court....but if she declares bankruptcy, the judgment might even come off her debts and then in 7 years, the bankruptcy filing will come off..... (Maybe this poor boy's lawyer has taken on contingency, or free, and the boy will be charged nothing....there are still some kind-hearted lawyers out there.) The criminal charges, however, which I can't believe can be defeated, won't go away.....and good luck if she ever tries to get a job as a nurse.....no luck (I would hope) with a felony conviction.
Then, there's God who sees all, knows all.....and I'd rather take proper consequences with people than with Him for this type of evil deed. He will surely avenge this wrong, and that will be forever.

Why oh why are people allowed to sue for stuff like this? Isn't that what criminal courts are for? The mere fact that the son is 19 and his father was homeless seems to be reason enough to throw this case out of court.
I guess that I just have an insensitive world view, but I don't believe in compensating for death with money. Chances are greater that this guy would have ended up dependent on his kid then the kid would be depending on him. (I do believe that dependent children and spouses who relied on the decedent are an entirely different matter, but they shouldn't be able to cash in when their loved one dies, without regard to their ages or living situations.)

I think that will be like getting blood from a turnip. She probably doesn't have two dimes to rub together and no insurance either.

The trailer trash "ain't got no monies!". What's he going to sue for? Her welfare check?

Good!
