Two senior agents from the FBI's Baltimore office told a private detective yesterday that the mistaken shooting of an unarmed Pasadena man likely would be ruled a "clean shoot," and discouraged him from looking into the case further, the investigator said in an interview. Dudley F.B. "Butch" Hodgson, a former FBI agent who has been retained by the shooting victim's lawyers, said he was told by one of the agents: "There's no middle ground in this thing. You're either with us or against us."

Do you think 3M is still proud of this agent?

The 13th annual 3M/IAATI Vehicle Theft Investigation Award was presented at the annual IAATI meeting in Virginia Beach, Va. The honored team comprises Sergeant James D. Holmes, Officer David Dyhouse and Detective Marshall Trigg from the Metro Transit Police; Sergeant Pride Rivers, Lieutenant Rob Turano and Corporal Thomas Dupczak of the Maryland State Police; Special Agent Christopher R. Braga and Special Agent Molly Flynn with the FBI; Detective Robin Russell and Detective Chuck Penny with the Montgomery County Police; Agent Greg Klees with the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Laboratory; Jeremiah J. Smith with the National Insurance Crime Bureau; and Steven M. Dettelbach and Brent J. Gurney with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Greenbelt, Md.

Believe it - the "inside the Beltway" crowd is scared to death of the local FBI folks.

This case will not be dropped.

What I'd like to know is just who is it is that Braga is covering for? Was that woman who heads the Baltimore office out on the bust or not? So far no one has said a word about where she was while this was going on, and that is pretty suspicions!

---it's called 'sarcasm' because it's what they do with civvies all the time. I also added it wasn't going to happen, either. But I guess it's ok if cops do it to civvies, because they are all scumbag perps. And they do more than talk about it, they DO kick in doors and throw in flashbangs and stomp the family pets and scream curses at everyone inside, and if it's even the wrong address- tough crapola, they walk out without even a 'sorry".

I could care less what happens to this so called public service 'agent', he's a scumbag mercenary, that's it. He's a trained killer who isn't even that good, he's a grade c psychopath.

her's a major clue-soldiers make really lousy cops most of the time!, Why? Because soldiers are trained to kill, use a weapon all the time, that's their main tool. Cops, GOOD cops on the other hand should hardly ever, ever, ever have to resort to a weapon, it's the LAST tool they want to have to use, not the FIRST tool. See the difference? just becauee both professions have 'guns" in their tool box does not make them 'the same job". They aren't even remotely close 5to the same job, but this government wants to change that, to go along with the previous 4 governments in completely changing "cops" intio soldiers. it SUCKS bigtime, and this is a typical situation now, because of this on-purpose change, which should be big clueski number 2 to most people. something is quite definetly WRONG here, bigtime folding money wrong.

And the trolls need to know there's millions of people out there who can see through their scum baggery dictatorship nazi sieg heiling, that's the whole idea of writing opinions-so I stated mine. If there's no weapon-you don't shoot, period. There was no weapoin, her shot anyweay, bercause he obviously WANTED to. He's sick and needs to be stripped of his badge, pension, check, guns and chunked in jail for attempted murder. He tried to kill an unarmed man, shot him in the FACE, someone who was obeying the "orders" to get out of the (*&^%^ car, an innocent man, and so far zilch has happened to him. He's beyond a disgrace, he's a menace to society, and should never be an employee of the US people, either as a civilian cop or as a soldier.

If the fedcops want respect, let them be brave enough to clean up their act FIRST, because the past buncha years, they STINK, as in rotten, incompetent, malicious and vindictive and thorouoly gangster run. I don't know how pervasive it is, but coverups and excuses are now the norm, not the exception to the rule.

My best advice to any honest cops left, federal or local-admit reality that the corrupt system is taking you down to their level of tyranny, so quit, resign, have nothing to do with them anymore, the check isn't worth your honor and heart and soul.

I know some who have done just that, and what they got to say can't even be written here. They have less respect than I do, because they've seen it up close and personal and have been ordered to be nazis and they got out.

I'm on freerepublic to help uncover decades of past governmental abuse and THIS case is a prime example of this 'abuse" stuff that keeps happening, and keeps getting worse. I don't have to be polite to the abusers, nor will I make excuses for them-and their families-who cares? This government doesn't care, it's called collateral damage. If they don't give a squat about that, why should anyone else? If this guy goes broke, too bad. if his wife has to go work, too bad. maybe she might want to rethink the type of "man" she marries? doesn't matter to me, his kids, OK, they don't know any better and got no choice in it-the adults, too bad. They aren't helping that poor shot kid anyway, so screw them and the black booted hoss they rode in on.

If he goes to jail-GREAT!

Hope I didn't leave anything out. Want to be clear here. Innocent kid-100% pure grade A victim of abusive government. US government and it's 'agents" who think it's OK to shoot unarmed people, 100% grade A nazi scumbags. they can slap a US flag on everything they got, it still won't stop the reality of them groovin on what the swastika means. New century, same old goose steppers.

Hillary Clinton, for instance, is a FreeRepublic junky. I don't believe she posts here, but she sure reads it.

I have had the experience of her taking action publicly concerning a very minor point I had made. No doubt Jim Robinson has had that experience as well.

Remember, that young girl who was a Barry Goldwater fan is buried in there under all that proto-fascist Liberal flab she's picked up over the years.

That's a very good point. No doubt Agent Braga has made the world a lot more dangerous for every other agent - in fact, odds are that his action, if it was his action, will result in the deaths of several agents and probably numerous private citizens.

The element of trust is broken. These kids weren't whacked out religious crazoids, nor were they people in close association with someone charged with a felony, or even missing a court date.

Being a federale is tough. One day during a conference over some bad people one of the federales present crossed his leg and a pistol dropped out of his boot onto the floor. We all laughed, but he'd just come off of 6 months of stakeouts on druggies.

I suggested he would be well suited to haul around just one gun. He started pulling them out! Wow!

Anyway, he needed a break. Mr. Braga clearly needs a break, and it looks like he's been the shooter in the last three gun incidents in that office.

The civil suits will ruin him and his wife and kids, and his friends and fellow agents, and entire neighborhoods anyway. Wouldn't put it past him to put a gun in his mouth in the end - ...... the only people who win here are the trial attorneys. Let us pray that they are honest Republicans.

Wouldn't it be nice to go back to the innocent years? Many of us do have those innocent years. It is a shame that there are many people today who have no idea about innocent years. They were born old and cynical. Today's society robs the young of innocent years.

Randy Weaver's wife was shot by Lon Horiuchi. I have his phone number. If you want to know who his employer at the time really was I supposed I could call him up. By public reputation he worked for the FBI. Do you know differently?

Let's see - I kind of divide federales into the Postal Inspection Service in one category, and then all the the others into a different category.

Inspectors are "good" federales. The others are not "good", but sometimes they are useful.

If you want somebody to defend the FBI call the Director. I haven't got time to do so, nor am I inclined that way either.

Just 2 years ago, 3 undercover DEA agents were imbibing heavily in the local Hampton, VA tavern (Roonies) and nearly killed another patron whence words were exchanged. The government maneuvering & manipulating was in full gear to keep a felony conviction from terminating their cocky agent. Fortunately, the jury found him guilty of felony maiming & that retired him from the WOD squad. Anyway, I'll be so glad to escape this lousy City of Hampton & am building a new home in Yorktown this spring.

Whatever the outcome in civil litigation, the fact is this kid ends up with a license to kill at least one federale without penalty.

No jury would ever convict him.

So Braga messed up twice. First he shot an innocent person. Second he failed to kill him.

--maybe it would be better rather than suicide is for braga to hang yup his shooting irons and pick up a nail gun or something like that and do some honest labor. Real work has a way of letting you see some more realities out of "the shop". Unless he's a committed action shoot em up junkie, which this sure looks like. Hate to say it, but the shoe seems to be fitting, not only with him, but throughout this particular "industry".

I'm gonna bring it up again, especially for the lurkers, the "nuhremberg" defense isn't. Chanting "I was just following orders" is not a get out of jail free card.

At one time the swaggering gestapo and SS were on top of the world, their wars on terrorism were oh-so justified, their wars on domestic "felons" were oh so legal and justified. You were "for them" or "against them". they had flags a-plenty everywhere, they were the glory of the fatherland. They did as they were told, because their "superiors" were gods, no longer men, they could order no wrong, so nothing they did was "wrong". It was all "legal", too, every single step of the way followed their "laws" and lawbreakers had to be punished.

Until their own little fantasyhell world they created and believed in came tumbling down around their shoulders.

Nuhremberg. Never forget.

As to knowing the future, I wouldn't trust myself with the knowledge anymore than I would anyone else, I suppose. We'll just have to watch it unfold and be grateful that we know a little of what to watch for.

"..The civil suits will ruin him and his wife and kids, and his friends and fellow agents..."

no tears shed here. Not for Braga at least.

It's time to clean house and if lawsuits are they leave us then so be it.

Shouldn't have to be this way. The FBI should clean their own house, but it's not going to happen.

We are in agreement about many things, FWIW. Your website is really quite good, and you should make more people here aware of it.....
