No need to look for a "black market," Cubby. Just check out your nearest reservation, either in person or online, or, better yet, start making your own. Many Freepers do, you know, and avoid paying these dorks to further demonize us with our own money. ($8/ctn sure is a reason to grin.)

The Cowboys (degrogatory term then), whom the Earps butted heads with in the Tombstone area, were one of the earliest examples of organized crime in America. Their cattle rustling business was organized and effective.

The settlement was never about getting people to smoke less. It was nothing more than an extortion scheme by the states and the people who end up paying the bill are those who, by their own free choice, want to smoke. It's not about healthier people. It was and is about the MONEY.BUMP
