Elton for sale
BELIEVE it or not, Elton John's new best friend is Edmond Safra's widow, Lily Safra. The two are so close, John has even agreed to grant a personal meeting and photo-op to the winners of an upcoming raffle - something he has never done before because of "security concerns." The Sept. 24 raffle at the Di Modolo jewelry store on Madison Avenue benefits Safra's pet charity which educates gifted, disadvantaged Israelis. One insider said, "He has never done anything like this - and only Lily or Princess Di could have made him."
Rather than create an original song for Dianna's death, Elton John pulled the rug out from under Marilyn Monroe.
It was easier to flip the sheet music over and scrawl a new lyric on the back--a matter of minutes: worth millions.
Now, out of the closet and out of talent, the formerly creative John is just another john for the vary-married widow.
A boy toy in her employ--
Elton, be careful, be very careful--
Those closest to your patroness have a habit of dying under suspicious circumstances.
Better pencil your requiem now, and put it in a safe place.
And it seems to me you live your life
Like a panhandler in the wind
Never failing with your hand out
When the bills come in
And your redactions will always fall here
Along England's greenest palms
Your talent's burned out long before
Your conscience feels its qualms
How nice to spend someone else's money on needy students--
While grinding under heel an innocent father whose mother struggles to feed their three children.
We remain unimpressed by philanthropy with suspicious windfall, and a chorus line of sycophants.
Is this rich, or what??
And *Lily* just seems to know *who* to attach herself & with what cause that'll give her an automatic "In,", too.
Oh this one's clever, alright.
& Mud??
This one's for you, ol' buddy; a parody for a parody writer! (~Frankly I'm as suprised as anyone learning of Phil's hidden talents, nonetheless here ya go...)
"And it seems to me you live your life
Like a panhandler in the wind
Never failing with your hand out
When the bills come in
And your redactions will always fall here
Along England's greenest palms

BWAHAAA!!!
Perfecto-mundo!!
Yes, Sir Elton John may now join the ranks of such noted celebrities as Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Debby Gibson, Paula Abdul & a host of others lost in the awsome venturi effect of the circular garbage can of life.
That is: IF, Sir John lives long enough to find & then get in line?
The plot thickens.
On behalf of Ted Maher...

MONACO, FREE TED MAHER NOW!!!!!
Griffith met with Davoust (Minister of Justice) who talked about the "sending of Ted to the French Jail"- (where men get raped on a daily basis-one of the worst prisons in the world) upon conviction. This leads me to believe that the Supreme Court decision will be denied.
I am asking my church for help as well as working extra days at work. I am at my lowest of emotional strength/dignity asking for advice/help. I appreciate any help/advice and apologize if anyone feels this is inappropriate. I just don't have anything left after losing everything, staying with family with our three children.
Sincerely,
Heidi
Maybe, THE Rudolpf Hess,....Alexander Solzhenitsyn,.....Milovan Djilas,.....ARTHUR KOESTLER,.......Randy Weaver,........Edmond Pope,........Cardinal Josef Mindsznty,........FAMILIES could give POSITIVE MEDIA SUPPORT for Ted's FReedom and return to FReedom!
I'm SURE they all would identify the ___________!!!!
?Will somebody in the media please contact the above families for comment?
Monaco,....PLEASE,.........Let TED MAHER come home safely and in good health to HIS FAMILY and COUNTRY.......
Amen,........More Grace and Mercy,..........In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen!!!
Lawyers. ~sigh~
MrsM?
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Have you given any thought about making this Griffith guy some kind of deal??
Like cutting him in for 50% (~an arbitrary number grabbed from the ether, I assure you...) of the royalties generated from an upcoming book titled,
IF he were to flip for those travel costs & witness fee(s)??
???
Think, Heidi.
Our best comes out of us at the worst & darkest times; times, just like this.
IF Monaco's hell-bent on extorting money from the Maher family & his supporters as it appears is what they might be up to?
Than a book detailing all the facts we KNOW about this case, a book revealing Monaco for the shithole whores they are, could be written.
To hell with a "fair" trial revealing the truth; we'll pull a *classic* end-around & put it TO MONACO!
Mr.Dunne, PhilD & other knowledegable people could be of great aid in a campaign to get this thing written in relatively no time a'tall; &, then published.
Monaco -- for all their casinos -- doesn't want to *gamble* with the spectre a book like this making the Best Seller list??
Whereby an even bigger prospect of a motion picture might just present itself??
Yup.
Hollyweird could use a story like this; whatwith, all the foriegn intrigue, blatant coverup(S), an innocent man AND HIS FAMILY screwed-blue by the wealthy elite, & all done in the backdrop of the *prissy* image Monaco treasures so??
But...first things, first; right??
A book, Heidi, a book.
Offer this guy a creative, tantalizing *deal*.

The story so far:
Murder concealed by three days beating a false confession out of a scapegoat, and three years suppressing evidence.
Now comes Le Grand Putzhead, Patrice Davost, who will put Ted in prison for life--
[Note the significant lack of a trial.]
The terra cotta warrior Griffith with his palm out:
"Please deposit $35,000 for my next fifteen minutes of fame."
The representative Sue Kelly ran for the tall grass because Ted would not renounce the false confession--
Stop, and think about that. . . .
Ted had done so, to Griffith, but, enter Manasse--who makes threats--behold, the "defense" does the mob's work!
Ted's package never got to Griffith--be assured Monaco intercepted same and destroyed its exculpatory evidence.
Monaco's princess Stephanie is protected from judicial investigation--
--but an innocent American is illegally held in violation of Monaco's law against interrogation by magistrate absent attorney.
Monaco's prosecutor tells the gigantic lie that Ted was on drugs--
--refuted by Monaco's Princess Grace Hospital's tox screen and 200 letters from people who actually know the real Ted Maher.
Monaco's judge d'instruction Patricia Richet screams "I know you will be found guilty!" at Ted while tearing up letters from his children--
Then the neurotic incompetent police-stooge [per Profonde Gorge] flees to Paris, without explanation, delaying trial yet again.
The only account is contradictory and uncorroborated--and highly suspicious, coming as it does from Lily's employee Sonia--
--whom Lily has paid $100,000 in "confidentiality agreement"--to stay dummied up.
Betrayed by defense, framed by police state, abandoned by Sue Kelly and the State Department. . . .
Dominick Dunne is "fighting every month for Ted Maher".
When the rubber hits the road, Monaco will have its Stalinesque show trial splashed across the pages of Vanity Fair--
And all of Lily's Howard Rubinstein's winged monkeys at the New York Post or fudge-packers in ermine coats can't save her reputation.
It was she who sent Edmond's twelve-man Mossad-trained security team away, her Sonia who scheduled Ted and Vivian at the last minute.
It was not Ted who set the multiple fires or the sudden conflagration at 6 a.m..
Lily changed Edmond's will to her advantage at the last, and she changed their nationality to keep it in Monaco.
She planted Edmond in Geneva, Switzerland--not Israel where he'd wanted all his life to be buried--to prevent exhumation.
For Edmond's body is the best evidence--and must be hidden.
And Ted knows the truth, the evil truth, and so must be kept muzzled for three years.
And Prince Albert had the brass to give Giuliani a check for the 9/11 victims--
Where pray tell does Monaco get its money? From laundering.
Monaco is a RICO laundry. Ah ah, but don't get too close to Stephanie--the retired judge wrote of it:
Book ties Riviera royals to crime
By Elizabeth Bryant
UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL
PARIS Charges of money laundering, organized-crime activity and a co-opted judiciary again have clouded Monaco with the publication last week of a blistering book about the rich Riviera principality.
"Judge in Monaco" by Charles Duchaine, a former French magistrate in Monaco, has stirred furor in the French and Monegasque press and elicited a rapid rebuttal from the principality's government.
Mr. Duchaine, 41, was an investigative magistrate from 1995 to 1999 and paints an excoriating portrait of a principality awash with illicit money, where the rich and powerful are protected.
"Here, money has no smell, and the justice system is blocked at every level to better protect the rich investors who contribute to the fortune and the prestige of the principality," Mr. Duchaine writes in his book.
In an interview published by Le Monde newspaper Wednesday, he said both Italian and Eastern European organized crime were active in Monaco, particularly in the real estate business. He also said investigations into people connected to Monaco's royal Grimaldi family invariably went nowhere.
In one case, Mr. Duchaine told Le Monde, he began to look into likely links between the Italian Mafia and a friend of Princess Stephanie.
"At first, I was left alone," Mr. Duchaine said. But when Monegasque officials realized his investigation might be linked to money laundering, he said, he was told by the general prosecutor to end it.
"If the general prosecutor or the director of judicial services had been honest, they should have told me: 'This file is directly related to the princely family, and it is, therefore, our responsibility not to follow up on it,'" Mr. Duchaine told Le Monde.
The principality rebutted Mr. Duchaine's charges, saying Monaco's judiciary was "totally independent" and that Monaco was "actively cooperating" in a global fight against transnational crime and money laundering.
"It is time to stop these repeated attacks that seek to destabilize the difficult and courageous action of Monaco's judges," said a statement by the principality's director of judicial services released last week.
Mr. Duchaine's accusations are only the latest in a rash of charges leveled against the principality over the years.
A French National Assembly report issued two years ago described the principality's financial system as plagued by irregularities to which Monaco's politicians and law-enforcement officials turned a blind and sometimes complicit eye.
Thus Prince Albert gives dirty money to Giuliani for victims of terrorism--while conducting state-sponsored terrorism on an American veteran and his family--
All to mask the murder of an inconvenient billionaire banker in the heart of its "so-safe" principality--
So safe, it waited three hours while the murder was done--when it could have easily dispatched its brand-new anti-terrorist squad.
As has been said, someone is paying top dollar for such "incompetence" and the verdicts of the courts as well.
It's Monaco's Trillion Dollar *image* that's to be attacked; &, attacked without mercy once this starts.
The facts you've listed; each & every single one of 'em when organized, collated, the chronology of ALL events placed on a real time-line for all to see?
Makes for a damning indictment of this small principality which anyone will be able to plainly see, and, understand.
A principlity -- I needn't remind *anyone* -- which RELIES heavily on the unspoken insinuation that, IF you're "rich"??
You may come to Monaoco and spend your money; while, remaining SAFE from seamy entities like the *Russian Mob*! (~& safe from whateverinthehellelse, too...)
That *illusion's* patently FALSE!
There're so many angles to be played on the Maher case I frankly wouldn't know where to properly begin; except, to say that this case??
All the facts at YOUR disposal must be used as one would use lased light.
Focus the facts onto a spot; &, then turn-up the juice!
You Sir, & Mr Dragoo, *do* now about legal procedures, writing, publishing et al.
Mr. Dominick Dunne is a virtual font of knowledge and experience in the extreme who of course would be granted certain privleges for his expertise in this matter.
I sincerely feel Monaco had better damned well think twice about playing any more games with Ted Maher, Ted Maher's life and Ted Maher's family & friends.
Right now I'd submit the A#1 priority would be seeing if this lawyer would be receptive to a deal; and, if he isn't??
There are plenty who will entertain an offer; &, the mission then becomes finding that lawyer who'll be able to recognize a golden opportunity when s/he sees one.
Lawyers *like* deals, y'know.
So the question becomes, which of [you] feels they're competent enough to "Sell the Sizzle" to a customer faced with the choice of dozens of steak houses in which he could dine??
Do you follow my simple analogy? ;^)
Mrs. Heidi Maher's in the driver's seat, here; of this, I am convinced.
Mrs Hiedi Maher's available to make the talk show circuit during the promotion of this book; NOT, to smear Monaco per se.
Rather, to tell her HUSBAN'S STORY & let people draw their own conclusions regarding the Prince's Personal Paradise.
I fear they're NOT going to let Ted Maher go; &, it doesn't look like they're going to permit a FAIR trial, either.
Who's to say after Heidi coughs up the dough for everything this lawyer feels he needs to fairly represent Ted?
Monoco doesn't simply deny Ted's attorney from using said resources knowing Ted's resources are limited as it is??
Some or all of that money will be WASTED; and, it wouldn't necessarily be this lawyer's fault that money was lost, either!
We are NOT talking about an American court with American legal protocol(s), here.
Nor, are we speaking of people who're showing all their cards.
These people in Monaco are crooked GOONS.
I assert there's enough known -- right now -- to prove that they're crooked goons *&* accomplish the feat of making them wish they'd been more forthright with Ted Maher.
Enough *is* enough!
You & Phil have for MONTHS been preaching, itemizing, summizing -- ad nauseum -- the case Monaco will not permit the Maher defense to present.
That's the key.
We should present that "case" for 'em & do so using all the things which have been known to pique human interest; because, this is the Mother Of ALL human interest stories.
It's got a framed father.
An American citizen & ex-Green Baret with NO criminal history FRAMED & imprisoned in what *everyone* believes is a *benign* li'l country in Europe.
There's a wife; a GOOD, FAITHFUL & LOVING wife.
There're children; INNOCENT CHILDREN unjustly denied their father because this Safra scag's bought-off all of Monaco's crooked goons in their legal system.
The onlt *thing* missing is an injured PUPPY!
These are some real knuckleheads pulling the legal strings over there in Monaco, Sir.
They've a sign on their backsides screaming, "Kick Me!"
Write that book.
Insodoing *make* yourself -- and TED -- some real leverage and bargaining power.
It's going to COST MONACO plenty regardless whether they let Ted Maher go or not; it's only a question of how much.
Wield the Sword of the Lord in the form of Truth, Sir.
...& just watch Monaco's wall come crashing to the ground.
Amen,........More Grace and Mercy,..........In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen!!!

After it could not rescue Edmond Safra for three hours.
Ted did all he could to save Edmond Safra.
He fought the two hooded intruders and suffered severe knife wounds.
He called the police--but the police would not come.
(The police destroyed that tape--but kept the one for the day before and the day after.)
Ted set off the fire alarm--4:54 a.m.--and summoned help in that way.
Then was rushed to Princess Grace Hospital for 100 staples and numerous transfusions.
The hospital tox screen found negatif negatif negatif results for drugs and alcohol--
Thereby making Monaco prosecutor Daniel Serdet a liar--
And Serdet's obsequious scribe Time.com's Thomas Sancton a Monaco b!tch.
Monaco gestapo did the three-day beat to extort Ted's signature on their prepared false confession. . .
. . .in French, which Ted does not read, write or speak.
Monaco men in black kidnapped Ted's wife and stole her U.S. passport--used it to pressure Ted (without U.S. protest).
Monaco stooge Manasse pressures Ted to maintain the false confession--
Why, to reduce the sentence?
It is to laugh, for this rat's ass Manasse knew the sentence would be life--regardless of fact or law.
Lily's been posing with the likes of Ted Kennedy and Elton John.
Prince Albert gave Rudy Giuliani some pocket change for 9/11 victims.
Ted's congresswoman seems to have abandoned him--not a peep.
The U.S. State Department is busy giving thousands of visas to Middle Easterners but hasn't time for one American veteran.
Ted sent Griffith a package of confidential client-attorney correspondence--which Monaco promptly confiscated.
It's difficult to keep track of Monaco's illegal acts--
It will be easier with them spread out in the pages of Vanity Fair
Of note, imo, #1563, 1579, 1582, 1585!, 1586!, 1589, 1590, 1593-1598, and, 1597!
