DAY 1,021 WRONGLY IMPRISONED WITHOUT TRIAL ON EXTORTED FALSE CONFESSION

Rainier trys a Louis XIV--the prickapality begs to be Bobbitted avec une guillotine.

The story so far:

Murder concealed by three days beating a false confession out of a scapegoat, and three years suppressing evidence.

Now comes Le Grand Putzhead, Patrice Davost, who will put Ted in prison for life--

[Note the significant lack of a trial.]

The terra cotta warrior Griffith with his palm out:

"Please deposit $35,000 for my next fifteen minutes of fame."

The representative Sue Kelly ran for the tall grass because Ted would not renounce the false confession--

Stop, and think about that. . . .

Ted had done so, to Griffith, but, enter Manasse--who makes threats--behold, the "defense" does the mob's work!

Ted's package never got to Griffith--be assured Monaco intercepted same and destroyed its exculpatory evidence.

Monaco's princess Stephanie is protected from judicial investigation--

--but an innocent American is illegally held in violation of Monaco's law against interrogation by magistrate absent attorney.

Monaco's prosecutor tells the gigantic lie that Ted was on drugs--

--refuted by Monaco's Princess Grace Hospital's tox screen and 200 letters from people who actually know the real Ted Maher.

Monaco's judge d'instruction Patricia Richet screams "I know you will be found guilty!" at Ted while tearing up letters from his children--

Then the neurotic incompetent police-stooge [per Profonde Gorge] flees to Paris, without explanation, delaying trial yet again.

The only account is contradictory and uncorroborated--and highly suspicious, coming as it does from Lily's employee Sonia--

--whom Lily has paid $100,000 in "confidentiality agreement"--to stay dummied up.

Betrayed by defense, framed by police state, abandoned by Sue Kelly and the State Department. . . .

Dominick Dunne is "fighting every month for Ted Maher".

When the rubber hits the road, Monaco will have its Stalinesque show trial splashed across the pages of Vanity Fair--

And all of Lily's Howard Rubinstein's winged monkeys at the New York Post or fudge-packers in ermine coats can't save her reputation.

It was she who sent Edmond's twelve-man Mossad-trained security team away, her Sonia who scheduled Ted and Vivian at the last minute.

It was not Ted who set the multiple fires or the sudden conflagration at 6 a.m..

Lily changed Edmond's will to her advantage at the last, and she changed their nationality to keep it in Monaco.

She planted Edmond in Geneva, Switzerland--not Israel where he'd wanted all his life to be buried--to prevent exhumation.

For Edmond's body is the best evidence--and must be hidden.

And Ted knows the truth, the evil truth, and so must be kept muzzled for three years.

And Prince Albert had the brass to give Giuliani a check for the 9/11 victims--

Where pray tell does Monaco get its money? From laundering.

Monaco is a RICO laundry. Ah ah, but don't get too close to Stephanie--the retired judge wrote of it:

Book ties Riviera royals to crime
By Elizabeth Bryant
UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL

PARIS — Charges of money laundering, organized-crime activity and a co-opted judiciary again have clouded Monaco with the publication last week of a blistering book about the rich Riviera principality.

"Judge in Monaco" by Charles Duchaine, a former French magistrate in Monaco, has stirred furor in the French and Monegasque press and elicited a rapid rebuttal from the principality's government.

Mr. Duchaine, 41, was an investigative magistrate from 1995 to 1999 and paints an excoriating portrait of a principality awash with illicit money, where the rich and powerful are protected.

"Here, money has no smell, and the justice system is blocked at every level to better protect the rich investors who contribute to the fortune and the prestige of the principality," Mr. Duchaine writes in his book.

In an interview published by Le Monde newspaper Wednesday, he said both Italian and Eastern European organized crime were active in Monaco, particularly in the real estate business. He also said investigations into people connected to Monaco's royal Grimaldi family invariably went nowhere.

In one case, Mr. Duchaine told Le Monde, he began to look into likely links between the Italian Mafia and a friend of Princess Stephanie.

"At first, I was left alone," Mr. Duchaine said. But when Monegasque officials realized his investigation might be linked to money laundering, he said, he was told by the general prosecutor to end it.

"If the general prosecutor or the director of judicial services had been honest, they should have told me: 'This file is directly related to the princely family, and it is, therefore, our responsibility not to follow up on it,'" Mr. Duchaine told Le Monde.

The principality rebutted Mr. Duchaine's charges, saying Monaco's judiciary was "totally independent" and that Monaco was "actively cooperating" in a global fight against transnational crime and money laundering.

"It is time to stop these repeated attacks that seek to destabilize the difficult and courageous action of Monaco's judges," said a statement by the principality's director of judicial services released last week.

Mr. Duchaine's accusations are only the latest in a rash of charges leveled against the principality over the years.

A French National Assembly report issued two years ago described the principality's financial system as plagued by irregularities to which Monaco's politicians and law-enforcement officials turned a blind — and sometimes complicit — eye.

Thus Prince Albert gives dirty money to Giuliani for victims of terrorism--while conducting state-sponsored terrorism on an American veteran and his family--

All to mask the murder of an inconvenient billionaire banker in the heart of its "so-safe" principality--

So safe, it waited three hours while the murder was done--when it could have easily dispatched its brand-new anti-terrorist squad.

As has been said, someone is paying top dollar for such "incompetence" and the verdicts of the courts as well.
