Forgiveness is the most expensive of all human emotions. Jesus gave it - at a great price to Himself. It is also the most valuable.

But forgiveness requires repentance. I heard Jane Fonda dind of apologize once on Baba Wawa's show. But it seemed like a Bill Clinton "apology." To this day, I do not believe she understands the full magnitude of the torture inflicted upon those men because of her vile behavior.

But, nothing will be done. If we were to hang all the traitors in the US -- there would suddenly be a lot of empty parking spaces in California and New York.

I only have so much energy available to hold scum suckers like Fonda in contempt. My limit in her case was reached nearly thirty years ago. If the limber-spined Dept. of Justice can't indict her, it's probably just another disturbing sign that we probably have a derelict government.

You are correct that forgiveness requires repentance; and I agree she is unrepentant.

The book discusses her run-up to the 1972 trip. It involves going to Paris, marrying Roger Vadim, being immersed in the Communist propaganda of his circle of friends, the uncritical acceptance and glorification of the propaganda of the Black Panthers--and of course going from being the inflata-party-doll "sex goddess" of Hollywood to becoming the inflata-party-doll traitor icon of Hollywood.

We will all watch our Justice Department as the trial of Taliban John proceeds. There are ten counts against him, and every appearance of resoluteness in the prosecution. The defense trial balloons to date are pathetically transparent.

I am reading the contemporaneous report on her activities produced by the government. I believe that at that time Richard Nixon was being pursued for the burglary of DNC headquarters at the Watergate Apartments.

We will be watching for Tom "Fifth Column" Daschle and his stooge Patrick Leahy to intercede on behalf of John Walker Lindh--another partisan obstruction of the machinery which preserves the Republic.
