Don't think the forum format can support that. Would be a blast if FR could get me a Press Pass and Press Visa though. Don't think my job would like it much. I already am juggling a dozen plates -grin-

I'll go to world currency calculator on the web right now and find the shekels to dinar rates. Did this document have a date on it? Need to back date for currency fluctuation.

Well, indeed, we will catch the bastards for sure (I am sure this has already been done, but it is rewarding to figure it out for ourselves, too)....

According to CNN the document was dated "16 September 2001"'

Dinar - Kuwait, Jordan, Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Lybia, Sudan

Any others?

I can't find historical exchange rates but would put US$5.00 on Iraq.

Perhaps. THanks for the reply. At any rate, a Press Credential or Pass is really not out of the reach of ANYONE, I have found out, if one can simply get or manufacture the necessary credential sponsor......

There are ways to authenticate documents. Fingerprints, sourcing the paper etc. Handwriting analysis. Comparison to other documents and facts.

This may take some slow process of elinination. I went to the big suspects first. 150,750 Israeli New Shekels exchange rate to IRAQI dinar (at least today), is Iraq Dinar 9,803. Someone, tell me that I have the figures correct. Further, the shekels refer to Israeli shekels, correct? It is not some separate currency floated by the Palestinian Authority, right?

For Jordan, it was 150,750 shekels to 22,355.52 Jordanian dinars. Today's rate.

Looks like we got our suspect.

Jordan.

There must have been an approximately 3,000 Jordanian Dinar currency fluction between September 2001 and today. Any comments?

I'd rule out Kuwait on this, somebody might want to tie up loose ends and check the rates for Algeria, Libya and Tunisia.

I will go on now to currency exchange check Algeria, Libya and Tunisia compared to the Israeli currency. If these come nowhere near to the 25,000 dinars stated in the seized document, it looks like we have JORDAN as the country where the terrorist money is flowing, being raised, or what not, to attack Israelis at pizza parlors.

Maybe we should post a "Breaking News" with the results of the Freeper teamwork here right now in analyzing these terrorist documents in Arabic....Just a thought.

I am pretty sure the Israelis were already fingering Jordan publicly over this today; seems like I had heard something along that line. Need to confirm.
