I've been wrestling with this issue for a few days. I am against human cloning but for the life of me I don't see anywhere in the Constitution that gives the federal gov't the power to legislate on it.

Any Constitutional experts out there want to explain to me how this law could pass Constitutional muster.

I suppose the constitutionality on this cloning issue is sort of similar to the one that we all know will take place with the recently-passed "Campaign Finance Reform" thing....It'll be interesting to see how all of this plays out...
