Nothing confirmed as of last update, I've been trying to find something more substantial, but there's just nothing out there.
What has been reported came to WAQI-AM, Miami via a telephone call from Cuba.
I have to be away from my computer for a few hours, and would appreciate any updates posted here.

Man, I'm looking forward to toasting a Free Cuba with a good stiff one (or more) of those.
Is that why oil prices went down? I was counting on an overthrow of the government of our 3rd largest supplier was going to shoot prices through the roof.
WAQI reported the whole thing with a great deal of caution (they've been victims of Castro misinformation before), and were trying to confirm.
To the best of my knowledge, they haven't been able to.
However, clashes between Cuban citizens and the Cuban State Police are increasing in frequency.
I really have to go now, or my wife will shoot me.
Be back later.

I think a "libation" would be more appropriate.
Oil Production To Normalize in Four Days
Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) officials announced Friday that all operations of the state oil company would return to normal within four days as a result of the lifting of the strike that lead to the ousting of President Hugo Chávez.
The announcement was widely cheered by white collar employees whose stand against the government has been hailed as the straw that broke the camels back.
Edgar Paredes, PDVSA head of refining, exploration and marketing, said three to four days was the least that the company needed to restore all production and refining procedures slowed down or halted by the strike.
He also announced that while all company executives, plant directors and PDVSA employees fired or suspended by the Chávez government were being reinstated.
As to the board of directors of the state enterprise, Paredes said that all recent "political" appointments were annulled and that new interirm head of state Pedro Carmona Estanga had confirmed Gen. Guacaipuro Lameda, who resigned for differing with Chávez, would return as PDVSA president.
I love it. His cronies are out, the good guys get their jobs back, and production back to normal early next week.
May God be with the brave people of Cuba, And may they rise up and kick that old cigar smoking commies a**!
The New York Times had an editorial headed Latin Americas Muzzled Press. Guess what country it didnt mention? Of course. It mentioned Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Haiti. Can you think of another Caribbean nation Spanish-speaking sort of near Haiti? Whats the name of that country again? The one whose absolute dictator has been in power for over 40 years? The one where independent journalism is forbidden, and where those who attempt it are harassed, jailed, or worse? The one in which two Reuters journalists were recently attacked by state security, because they tried to film the crashing of the Mexican Embassy by ordinary people desperate to leave the country?
Ladies and gentlemen, remember that Cuba simply doesnt exist except in lies and obfuscation.
Thought you might be interested.
To quote Sammy Davis Jr, yes I can, and am now imagining the mass suicide of the American and Eurotrash Left in the aftermath! (We can dream, can't we?)
(And that's about it for my high school Spanish. May God bless this race of people who have endured so much.)
Bump off granma bump.
