THE MASSACRE THAT WASN'T

April 17, 2002 -- For days, Palestinian, U.N. and aid-group officials declared flatly that Israeli troops had perpetrated a horrendous massacre of innocent civilians at the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank.

Once outside observers were allowed into the camp, they charged, it would be clear that Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's soldiers had committed a monstrous war crime that would eclipse the killing fields of Kosovo.

Yo, what the freak is up with that stupid cartoon?

Ah, of course. You can't win the debate, so now you go to ad hominem.

I feel like I'm communicating with a 15 y/o acne studded, hamburger flipper...

That's nothing compared to what I feel like: I feel like I'm dealing with a dyed-in-the-wool Brigadier who thinks that Hitler's big mistake was that he didn't "finish the job". What's wrong, Jethro? Now that The Spotlight is out of business you've got nothing to read? Don't worry, there's always a market for Jew-baiters: I hear The Stormfront is still a going concern. Sounds to me like you'd be in the market for a subscription.

Anyway, it isn't the terrorists I'm concerned about. It's the ham handed way the bloated butcher Sharon does children.

I hear he likes them well done.

Bullsh*t, herr Obersturmbannfuhrer. You don't care if the "right" people get killed. When the "wrong" people get killed, you get upset. You're just another anti-Semite, that's all. Now go polish your jackboots.

Time will tell about Jenin and your 'heroic' IDF...

The fact that the Pallies were claiming "massacre" should have told you everything you needed to know about their story: that it was patent b.s. from the getgo. But you bought into it from the start because you wanted to think the worst of Israelis in general and Jews in particular, didn't you?

Oh well, time will tell. Arafat has lied about everything else, why not one more thing. Meanwhile, your posts have already told me all I need to know about what you did at summer camp last year......

Be Seeing You,

Chris

your friends on the neocon, fascist right.

Ah. Not too fond of the right, are you? In fact, I've seen you claim to be "not a conservative". So, what would fit? The one niche I see for you, despising the right and generally antisemitic, is National Socialist. So why don't you slither over to your brownshirt friends on one of those other boards, Jethro?

While the number of dead remains a mystery, the magnitude of the destruction is an unassailable reality.

That's it?! That's the best you could do?

We've gone from a massacre of hundreds or thousands to blown-up buildings.

That'll look interesting in the war crimes indictment:

Ariel Sharon wanted for crimes against architecture.

Yea, that'll work.

It's the ham handed way the bloated butcher Sharon does children.

And just how the hell do you expect me to get my panties in a bunch (ahem, assuming I wore panties) over what "Sharon does to children", when the Palestinians think so little of their OWN CHILDREN that they strap explosives on them and send them out to kill Jews?

Yo, what the freak is up with that stupid cartoon?

I think MacArthur said it best:

"Know your anime."

Tull and his Raimondo style faux conservatives still believe Pravda over what they read in the US papers.

#11: "I find it curious that with all the reports of the heavy stench of death in the air that the IDF only found 40 or so bodies...."
*** *****
It's obvious to all but the most vile Jenin deniers that the IDF has a vested interest in keeping this 'discovery' to a minimum.

And it's obvious to everyone but braindead terrsymp journalists and YOU that if a corpse can be smelled, it's either above ground or remarkably near the surface.

In other words, if the IDF had "hidden" them (due to their "vested interests" in "keeping this discovey to a minimum"), you wouldn't be able to smell them.

"How can you assess something like this?" said Jessica Barry of the International Committee of the Red Cross, who was in the camp on Tuesday, gesturing toward mountains of wreckage strewn with dust-covered belongings: books, shoes, cooking pots. "It's too vast for one organization to do."

Cry me a river, Jessica. If we could excavate Ground Zero in seven months, you can rent a couple of bulldozers and "assess" a shantytown $#!#hole like Jenin in about two weeks. Just look for bodies like you're supposed to do, and ignore the books, shoes, and cooking pots. Jeez.

Desn't Raimondo "write" for Pravda?

Yes. Although when questioned, he'll tell you that "Pravda steals his stuff". Seriously :).

I think MacArthur said it best:

Nah, that would have been Sun Tzu...

"Know your anime."

As it says in the Torah, when your anime is coming to kill you, get up earlier and kill him first.

But seriously, I decided to change "Major Kusanagi" simply because this image didn't give the viewer a halfway decent insight into the character of Kusanagi (who works for an outfit called "Section 9", thus my handle). The new pic is more intense, although it does lack the 2nd Amendment undertones of the first pic.

Anyway, speaking of anime, I want to be the first to peddle the scurrilous rumor that Condoleezza Rice and Faye Valentine can never be found in the same room at the same time....

That's enough for now, although I do think we should all get together and take up a collection to get Jethro a year's subscription to The Stormfront.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

Is the British press considered anti-Israel?

That would appear to be the case, at least at this point in time.

Please name one country, other than America, who doesn't suspect a tragedy happened in Jenin.

Please name one European country, other than possibly England, that doesn't ardently desire that there was a massacre in Jenin.

Well, Mac said it first (at least as far as he was concerned).

That's enough for now, although I do think we should all get together and take up a collection to get Jethro a year's subscription to The Stormfront.

Ahhhh, what to get for the man who has nothing.......

But, Newsday's Edward Gargan wrote, "There is little evidence to suggest that Israeli troops conducted a massacre of the dimensions alleged by Palestinian officials." Said The Washington Post's Molly Moore: "No evidence has yet surfaced to support allegations by Palestinian groups and aid organizations of large-scale massacres or executions."

One U.N. official told Moore, "Everybody was thinking mass graves in the way we think of Kosovo." But, he added, "I don't think we have seen that."

Your comment:
It isn't suprising that John Podhoretz would take this editorial position. After all his father (Norman), his mother (Midge Rosenthal Decter), and Irving Kristol are the "Founding Fathers" of the neo-conservative movement.

Exactly what part of this are you not understanding?

These are quotes, not editorial opinion.

Something awful happened in Jenin and we'll discover the truth in due time.

Evidence normally is the first clue in discovery of the truth.

Before we strap on our tin-foil hats, let's see some evidence.

#63:

ARIEL SHARON, THE BLOATED BUTCHER

Adrien Masset, a lawyer representing Israeli Prime Minister Sharon speaks with Irit Kahan, the director of international affiars from the Israeli Ministry of Justice after a sitting of a magistrates court March 6, 2002 in Brussels, Belgium.

The court is considering an application by 23 Palestinians to try the Israeli Prime Minister as a war criminal. The Brussels court has delayed a ruling on whether it has the right to try the Israeli Prime Minister until mid June.

My bet is that the Palestinian created Slum of Jenin normally smells that way,Since death seems to be their only export.
