The U. S. Constitution is being displaced or marginalized by the increasing influence and authority of internationalist busibodies who are reflexive hostile to this nation. It's up to Bush to exercise some leadership and say that, as well as tell them to play jam. Now, let's see if we elected an American president a year and a half ago.

My concern with this legislation is that if it fails, it will somehow legitimize the UN Global Court.

Having said that, this tyrannical Global Court is illegal and illigitimate, regardless of what happens with this legislation. It holds no authority over the United States, since We the People have not given our consent for it. The "global court" has no standing before a Free people.

An even better bill would be one that immediately cuts off payments to the UN and withdraws us from the UN.

Better yet, they can use it as a replacement for the World Trade Center. That would be fitting.
