It's pretty sad. Parents who speak out "are endangering their children", and called hate names. This is sick propaganda. Who said it was "Constitutional" because it was "In the privacy of their own homes," anyway?
The consequences of their support went unthought of, aye?

It not your/our school. Its the state's school. Its just run/funded with your taxes/money. Private school is the only way our children will be protected/educated. My child will attend a school were he can tote a pocket knife and a roll of Tums!

Give up on changing this....keep your old car, pass up that vacation and use the savings to SAVE your child by sending him or her elsewhere. There are plenty of good educational instituations that won't cost an arm and a leg....But forget public education. It way too late to save it.
