A woman shot and killed an armed intruder in her West Seattle home Thursday morning, police said.
Spokesman Scott Moss said the intruder began beating a male resident about 6 a.m. The woman got a handgun and fired several shots, hitting the intruder in the abdomen. He died inside the home at 35th Avenue Southwest and Southwest Brandon Street.
The 38-year-old man who was beaten was in satisfactory condition at Harborview Medical Center with a head wound, hospital spokeswoman Kristin Foley said.
The woman who shot the intruder told police she and the man who was beaten did not know the intruder, Moss said.
Seattle homicide detectives were investigating.
Of course the maggot infest/drugged out trial lawyers and probably the DA's office in Seattle will try to make this lady the bad person.
Learn it.
Live it.
Love it.
Whaddayamean? Has everything anybody needs to know:
Bad guy breaks into residence.
Bad guy assaults resident
Resident's wife/girlfriend/sister/mother arms herself and exhibits proper gun control by shooting the assailant.
Assailant expires, thus saving the county excessive medical bills, and saving the resident excessive legal bills defending herself against shyster lawyers trying to sue her.
Well Done, lady!
Of course knowing Seattle, this dead Rat will probably still be voting by the time my one year old grand son can legally vote!
I hope our Seattle Freepers keep us posted on any legal problems this lady may have from the druggy maggots who make up the Seattle in Rat crowds. They hate it when a person uses their Second Amendment for what it was intended.
The best of this was the dead in St Louis voting for the dead Rat Senator in Nov 2000! The dead Rat Voters helped to re elect the dead Senator. The widow becomes a US senator without a single vote, thanks to their Rat Governor!
In Missouri, the dead turned out in droves to vote for a dead candidate. What the heck is not fair about that?
Woman shoots, kills armed intruder in West Seattle

While fighting with a male resident, the intruder was shot by a woman who had armed herself with a gun, said Seattle police spokesman Scott Moss.
The intruder, in his 20s, who also had a gun, collapsed and died while still inside the home in the 5200 block of 35th Avenue Southwest, Moss said. The home borders the south end of the West Seattle Golf Course.
The male resident suffered head cuts during the fight. He was in satisfactory condition at Harborview Medical Center, where he refused press interviews.
Moss said the intruder, a white male, forced his way into the home shortly after 6 a.m. It is uncertain if he knew the residents, police said.
Police homicide Sgt. Ed Striedinger said the home was divided into two apartments, with a shared main area. The man occupied the lower floor and the woman lived upstairs. The two levels are joined by a stairway, he said.
It was the mans door at the side of the house that the intruder kicked in, Striedinger said. The woman responded after hearing the struggle, he added.
One neighbor said the man and woman are renters who have not lived there long.
Other neighbors gathered to determine what happened.
What you want to know is if he (the intruder) knew them if he was a stranger, one neighbor said, asking that her name not be used. It also illustrates that if you didnt have a gun they could have been killed, she said.
Why can't these Seattle people use alarm clocks, like everybody else?
Good neighbor.
West Seattle is on a penninsula west of downtown Seattle, facing north. The Duwamish River, a working river, separates them & ends in the Port of Seattle complex.
The north & west side of W. Seattle is nice, middle class bedroom community. The east side heading south is more lower-working class, with a 60's housing project thrown in just to set the tone. To the south is White Center, affectionately known as Rat City. This shooting occurred just inside the shabbier part of W. Seattle.
W. Seattle is generally very quiet. The nearest Seattle Police station is across the river to the east, about 20 minutes away. They're just now getting around to building a new police station in SE. W. Seattle, to be closer to where the action is (what little there is).
Probably. Has anyone ever seen a study identifying the political persuasion of criminals?
