Why isn't the White House supporting Ed Bryant over Lamar Alexander? History says Alexander does not stand a chance. Alexander is a moderate BTW and Bryant is Conservative. Why Smith over his Daddys friends son? Why the former mayor of LA {another Daddy friend} over Simon? With Bush in office a conservative does not stand a chance of GOP support if a family friend can run instead.
