President Bush spoke to the press late this afternoon from the Western Whitehouse, confirming reports that both Israel and Arafat have agreed on a way to end the stand off at Arafat's headequarters. Arafat has agreed to hand over six wanted terrorists to US and British officials while the Israelis have agreed to let Arafat free and to pull out of Ramallah. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Bush manages to bring out the best in people with his example. I know that I am more patient and more caring and more generous with my money. I too prayed for someone who would undo and replace the Clinton yers. I too believe that this was God's doing of having GWB be president. There were so many people praying for him before and during the election.

God has given us all free will and he allows the Hitlers, Stalins, Clintons, and the Arafats of the world to exist. He has given us the ability to fight off these evils. It is up to us with God's help to carry on with the goodness that God wants us to have. I hear that message from GWB. I know that God will use GWB to bring peace to the middle east.

I love President Bush, I respect his leadership and the office, and I know that God sees the big picture and guides him from day to day. The microanalyzers with little else to do in life should take a step back from their pettyness and thank God that our nation is in good hands.

Thank you for the reminder. This was mentioned at church this morning. Can you believe the resurgence of prayer in our country? I firmly believe God is using our President to lead the nation back from the abyss to a more spiritual life. There is something so special about him and the way he challenges us to be better than we are.

I just LOVE the way Rummy handles the Press and their STUPID questions .. like when the war on terror first started one reporter wanted to know why the media couldn't jump out of the air plane with the special force troops ..

Interesting take on what's going on...btw, did God choose, Bill Clinton, and if so why? Also, how 'bout Stalin and Hitler? God chose them too? Or is it "these times" that makes everything different

God didn't put Bush in the White House, free people acting of their God given free will did that. God did however place choices before Bush at times in his life which, when made, propelled to the place where he COULD place himself in the position to be elected. The same thing happened with Bill Clinton, and unfortunately, people acting of their own free will voted for him. Other people made other choices, but theirs weren't enough to overcome those who had chosen Clinton. Same with Hitler; he was elected by popular vote, after all. Those Germans made their choice after having been propagandized by the National Socialists and a willing media. Come to think of it, the same thing could be said about Clinton except it was the Democrats and a willing media! With Stalin, NO one had a choice; not even to live or die. He exercised complete control over Russia with terror as his weapon.

I do believe God touched many hearts who were open to His message and turned them toward George W. Bush; in that respect, God DID have a lot to do with Bush being elected President.
