Pray for Bush day 592

Dear Heavenly Father,
I thank You for this day and for Your blessings towards us. I thank You Lord for protecting us and our President from Evil and for protecting Israel from her enemies. Again, You answer prayers as we trust in Your name. You are a good God and we owe all to You. Thank You Lord for all You are and for all that You do.

Lord, I lift up President Bush and ask that You would guard him closely today. Cover him and protect him from all harm. Give him wisdom and courage to stand in the face of opposition and give him a heart that desires to know and to do Your will. Father, cause him to do right and not wrong and give him discernment regarding the truth and the intentions of men. Glorify Yourself in what he does and in this nation, Lord, I pray.

I finally pray for revival in this land. Help us Lord to see what it is You would have us to do and do it. Help us to love You more and to be pleasing to You. And help us to make Your will our number one priority.

Go with us the rest of this day I pray, in the name of Jesus my Savior, Amen.

I Peter 1:13-16 - Therefore, get your minds ready for action, being self-disciplined, and set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Be exalted, O Lord, in Your own strength!

Praying without ceasing.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in humility and thanksgiving that You, the Creator, Sustainer, Omnipotent God, would allow us.....the creation....to bring our prayers and supplication to You. We thank You that You loved us enough to send Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our redemption, and we thank You that through His blood we are cleansed.

Father, I bring our President, Your child, George W. Bush, to You today. I ask that You give him protection in his travels, wisdom in his decisions, strength in his weakness, and guidance in his every step. I thank You for the tremendous message of compassion that he gave today. I thank You that he continues to bring the message of responsibility, commitment, morality, marriage, love of neighbor, and love of country to this nation in need of that message. I thank You that he has confessed Jesus as His Lord and Savior, and that his life reflects Your love.

Bless and protect him this day, dear Lord. Bless and surround Laura with Your love, as well. Help her to continue to be the Godly wife she needs to be, to support him, comfort him, and love him unconditionally, so that he might be able to carry out the tasks with which You have entrusted him. Bless his daughters, and help them to grow in spirit and in truth, and to mature into women who love and serve You.

And finally, dear Lord, we ask Your blessings on this nation. We ask that You place a shield of protection over us, and keep us from harm. But far more important, we ask that You bring a revival to America, and we ask that You use us, Your people, as You see fit, to proclaim Your message of Love and Truth to a nation in need. In Jesus' precious Name I pray, Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We praise You, O God and we acknowledge You to be the Lord. Heaven and earth are full of Your glory and majesty. Day by day we magnify You, and we worship Your Name forever, world without end. For You alone are worthy of blessing, and glory, power, honor, and praise. Save Your people, Great God and bless Your heritage. Govern us and lift us up forever.

We ask that Your peace would surround President Bush in all his work this week. Thank You for his powerful testimony of his love for You yesterday as he spoke in Los Angeles. Thank You that he is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We ask, Lord, that You would shine the light of truth into the hearts of his critics. Father, please shield President Bush from those who are so engrossed in group think that they have no idea what Your truths contain. Scatter the leaders of those that secretly devise mischief, and bring the dealings of the violent to an end. Cast down the unjust from positions of authority and subdue the haters and evil-doers. Father, so many of them are operating under a cloak of lies which they seek to perpetuate. They are not interested in the truth. Please change their hearts, open their eyes, and give them productive ways to spend their time on this earth.

Give wisdom to President Bush, Father. He is being hammered on every side. Let Your truth be known to him in every situation he encounters. Give him advisers who will seek Your wisdom daily. Please help him pray to receive Your wisdom regarding Karen Hughes’ replacement. Let our President not be deceived, especially by those whom he trusts. Thwart the devil’s plans to derail the agenda you have set before our President. Father, help him to do all things through You as You strengthen him. Convict his heart to please only You, for You are his keeper. Let him not fear what man may do to him.

Steel Your prayer warriors against the onslaughts of the evil one, God of our defense. Come in Your everlasting power and glory into the hearts of Your remnant. Bring unto us a new sense of commitment to You and to raising up our nation and its leaders for Your blessing. Send forth Your Holy Spirit into our hearts that our prayers may be guided into a fragrant offering of worship toward You each day. Prepare the people of this nation to pray every day, and especially to pray in unity for our nation on our National Day of Prayer this Thursday. Thank You, Father, for Your wonderful answers to our prayers, and for sending forth Your highest blessings for our nation and our President. Edify those who pray here that we may honor You in all ways, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Joining you all in praying for our President, our military, our nation, and Israel. Continuing to ask that satan be bound in regards to this thread.

Heavenly Father, You are so wonderful and gracious to us, we praise You for all Your love. We magnify Your name Lord for You are worthy fo all worship. Thank You for being our rescuer for reaching down from Your holy hill to a lost one like myself.

Father, please be with the President and cabinet and their families to strengthen and encourage and guide. Work out Your sovereign will for our nation through Your chosen vessels.

Lord, I pray for our military and that of Israel that You will be their guide keeping them safe in dangerous situations...may they see Your hand and give glory to You alone.

I pray for the prayer warriors here that You will fill us with Your Holy Spirit to cause us to be holy in all we do. Give us guidance by the Spirit to fight the good fight. Please keep us under Your feathers for we love You.We ask for an outpouring of Your Spirit to cover this nation as never before causing such a thirst for You that people fill Your house once more.

Lastly, I pray for Christian brothers and sisters around the world that You will be them in their difficult situations protecting and guiding them. Today a lady from our Bible study at church shared about her time in Russia a couple of days ago she got back. She said that where she was was so dark and under such darkness with KGB and military and law enforcement everywhere watching. I pray for Russia, Lord, allow the gospel to penetrate that dark dungeon and set the captives free. The Jesus film has made inroads .....please Lord allow more, in Jesus name, amen.
