For example, even though it was known that AlQaida was going to highjack airliners, there was no alert to the airports to keep mid-Eastern types off of the airliners until they could be vetted, which would be the logical thing to do.

Don't know where you live but I get WLS radio out of Chicago. We now have Sean Hannity on from 9:00 p.m. 'til midnight. Every night he takes on some dim bulb liberal/Rat and he takes no prisoners. It is SO great to hear someone who asks them the hard questions and tells them flat out that they are hypocrites.

We need to let Congress know that we will not have our attention diverted from the real issue here, which is that terrorists are living among us and will try to murder Americans again! They need to focus all of their attention on closing our borders and deporting illegal aliens instead of pointing their fingers at each other.

Now we know the Bush administration was warned about a possible Middle Eastern hijacking in August. A simulator instuctor calls the FBI four times in August to warn them about Moussoui and only acted after he explained that a fully fueled 747 can be used as a weapon.
The Bush Justice Department denied a search warrant on Moussoui under the Anti-terrorist legislation passed in 1978. Since 1978, only one other search warrant has been denied under this law and many thousands have been approved.This after French intelligence had already connected Moussoui to bin Laden.
Had the search warrant been granted, the evidence available could have prevented the attack on 9-11.
When an administration screws up this badly, it is the right thing to do to address the failure with honesty and integrity absent the over used shoot the messenger spin tactic. Otherwise, conservatives come across looking just like the mindless supporters of Bill Clinton.
Yesterday it was "That Picture!" and today it's "What Did the President Know?" and tomorrow it will be something else.
They are making the identical mistake the right made with clinton, who was a much more culpable and corrupt man.

When the liars are made to suffer serious consequences for their lying then and only then will they stop. As it is now they know they can say and do (unconstitutional, immoral legislation) to their hearts content because there is no retribution forthcoming against the ruling class... Doubt me? Ask Bill or Hillary Clinton and watch them smile.

I know I will die after decades of watching this beacon of liberty that I had the good fortune to be born into that was the United States of America reduced to a third world balkanized multi-cultural immoral politically correct wasteland.
I weep for future generations and wonder what it will be like for them to grow up without a guiding ideology based on goodness or correctness of character and behavior. The Liberal motto seems to be simply that if you can think it you can do it, no matter the affect. Time enough for repercussions and consequences for liberals in the grave I suppose because they sure don't have to worry about it here and now.
