And, BTW, this single case may not provide proof of The Flood, however, when you examine the huge amounts of instances like these logic can only lead you to the point of acknowledging that something huge and catastrophic happened. It would take much more than that - you would also need to prove that alll instances were contemporaneous - finding an animal buried by flooding from Hurricane Agnes and finding an animal buried by Hurricane Floyd does not make them the same hurricanes - the fact is, most fossils of terrestial animals were created by burial by either flooding or volcanic action - but by many, many, many separate events...

I've attended a seminar given by Dr. Tom D'Mahala, the head of an in-depth research team that studied the Shroud of Turin for several weeks. He systematically shot down the "painting" argument through purely observational findings, not even having to stretch any scientific data. The whole seminar was fascinating.I'd love to get to attend such a seminar. But yeah, I'd agree based on what I've seen that whatever it is, the Shroud is not a painting.
