The CIA & the FIB, that is.
They were aware of all this suspicious activity. What did they think would be the result - just a few years of social visiting in the US then return home?
The story said that these funds and focus were prevented from being delivered to the FBI / CIA BY CONGRESS - which, of course, was controlled by Republicans since 1994.
THIS IS THE SPIN NOW.
The same story showed John Ashcroft and claimed that when he took office (finally - what month was that?) - he decided to shift the focus of the FBI away from anti-terrorism and to anti-crime efforts.
Then it showed a clip of him on LKL this week saying that he had now changed his mind (guffaw) and that the agency must focus on fighting terrorism as a top priority - by changing the way it operates (meaning the new rules that were implemented and the reorganization).
JUst passing on the latest spin.
Of course nothing was said about the fact that the Clinton "focus" on anti-terrorism had nothing to do with stopping terrorist attacks on America and everything to do with controlling the activities of people it wanted to control...especially political "enemies."
The news media are actively helping the enemies of this nation.
Clinton's idea of terrorist were right-wing groups. The sole focus of domestic terrrorism was militia groups, tax protestors, and religous organizations.
Worse than even that, maybe. Notice what flight these critters were on? It was the flight that was supposed to kill the President. The CIA's passivity looks very odd in that light.

They show that as far back as the early 80s that the CIA and FBI were given plenty of authority and finances to conduct any manner of investigations and they've failed at even the most simple tasks.
You need to wake up! Your "party cheerleading" is just as damaging to this nation as you claim the media is!

I have been virtually alone in saying since Sept 11th that the Clinton crime family (which still infests the CIA and FBI and Interpol and which has major contacts with the world's terrorists) - Bill and HIllary Clinton specifically - KNEW about the Sept. 11th plans. I believe that attack was an attempted coup d'etat and THAT more than anything else (because it failed) explained Hillary Clinton's behavior during President Bush's speech to Congress. Further, I believe Barbara Olson's "misfortune" to be on one of the hijacked planes was NOT an accident.
(Has anybody ever investigated whose idea it was - who whispered the suggestion - to Bill Mahrer to invite her for that particular day? Also, even if it was not a suggestion by one of Hillary's friends for that invitation to go out asa it did - Barbara Olson's itinerary would have been easily known and tracked by Clintonistas inside the assorted gov't agencies).
What we are hearing now is that the CIA and FBI DID KNOW quite a lot pre-Sept 11th. During the Clinton years from hell - IT BECAME ROUTINE FOR INFORMATION LIKE THIS TO BE USED BY THE CLINTON CRIME FAMILY TO CONTROL EVENTS TO ADVANCE THEIR GOALS. I have no doubt that the information they had was digested and fed to the CCF, contacts were made, and cooperation was undertaken....by the lead American terrorist who sits in the US Senate!
Where was she on 9-11 by the way? She was NOT at the Capitol as she was supposed to be.

September 1986: Pan Am #73 hijacked to Karachi, Pakistan; 17 people killed, 150 wounded.
February 1988: William Higgins kidnaped in Lebanon and murdered.
December 1988: Pan Am #103 bombed over Lockerbie, Scotland; 270 people killed.
Face it, we have an "enemy for life" with these Islamic bastards. This isn't something that we have to look at after the latest attack, it's not something that cured by arresting the sob's and bring them to trial either. The terrorists have to be exterminated whenever and wherever they are found.
One question: When is George W Bush going to clean out the Clintonistas in his government? There going to bring him down.
