Never saw a dictionary or a history book, it looks like. Look at the ORIGINAL meaning not the loose one used now.

Life in the world of 2ds- just make up whatever facts, definitions, laws you wish and just say to hell with the other 99% of the world. Very amusing but a world of falsehoods appears to be the only one you are interested in.

I grew up steeped in the history of Reconstruction. I know full well what a scalawag is as well as what the standards were during the Tragic Era. You love to present yourself as being in posession of superior and irrefutable knowledge when in fact you're totally reliant on such sources as the History Channel on TV.

Just shut up and take that.

Rumpswab, it is good to get your head out of the water after you are steeped in it or you become stuped by it. Now, after excessive steeping in stupidity you don't even know the definition of scalawag. Are you going to fight the dictionaries about the meaning of carpetbagger, too?

I doubt if you can put a paragraph of facts together about any subject. All your arguments are based on transparent, easily disprovable lies and utter fantasies (accepted by no one with a smidgen of knowledge of history only by those aspiring to teach at matchbook colleges and those claiming blackballing by the "establishment" because of their devotion to the "truth". Hilarious!) which attempt to rehabilitate that ridiculous bunch of losers who led the Confederacy to glorious defeat. A crowd that couldn't led a horse to water and repeatedly by its inept strategy blew chance after chance to bring the north to its knees. Politically inept, culturally backward, socially reactionary and morally corrupt they represented the force, Slaveocracy, which the nation had barely survived to become independent. A force for Evil which opposed strengthening the nation at every opportunity and finally went over from covert and hidden treachery to outright open treason.

I have more knowledge of history in my little finger than you in your whole body and every time you open your yap you prove it in spades. Keep spreading that bilge.

Oh Yea:

Well Lobster Head, I'd like to see your credentials....

Mine are as follows:

Masters Degree in American History, Masters Degree in World History

I don't think you know S**t from Shinola about "Civil War" OR Southern History.....

So why don't you just crawl back into that Yankee Cesspool you are spouting from, and let us Southrons handle our own matters........

While addressing the gathering, Mr. Pickering twice enunciated “tomatoes.” Now there are two ways to pronounce tomato. If you recognize phonetic marks, Mr. Pickering calls them (te- mä´toes). If you don’t recognize phonetic marks he pronounced tomato the way a Yankee would pronounce tomato not like a Southerner would pronounce tomato. Mr. Pickering pronounced tomato the way you would expect an elitist country club Republican to pronounce tomato.
LOL - this guy's a crackpot. Are you sure that site's for real?

He's a crackpot? Aren't you the same Senator Pohdunk who equates firearms collectors with pornographers? Stay in California where you belong.

I've never been to the land of Fruits and Nuts, but if your referring to the time I stated it should be perfectly legal for a guy to have 1,000 firearms in his home and a 1,000 porno mags in his home (I don't know where pornographers fit into this), then you've got the right Senator Pohdunk.

...the foreign owned Clarion-Ledger, commonly referred to as the Clarion-Liar and the other Jewish media who exclude me from their coverage...It’s clear that the Jewish media and good old boy network don’t want the common people of Mississippi to know of my campaign...

No, he doesn't.

First of all I don't agree with the premise that all media is controlled by Jews, or that their is a mass conspiracy in place. But I do agree that the man does have the right to exercise his right to free speech, and there will never be a perfect candidate for any of us - excepting, of course, ourselves.

I have no idea of the concept of free speech and Mr. Giles is free to say what he wants. I wish him well in his run for congress but I admit that I couldn't support someone who says things like "American foreign policy must be independent of Zionism." and "Once an outpost of European civilization, we are becoming a polyglot nation of strange tongues, strange gods, and unpredictable destiny." You're welcome to him.

If your historical study is at a respectable university you would have learned that virtually every argument used by the neo-cornfeds here are false without question. If it is from North-West Southern Alabama A&M then it is possible that you believe the South did not fight over Slavery, the War was because of tariffs, Lincoln was a tyrant, in any case the States had a constitutional right to secede, the South only lost because of superior Northern manpower Yada, yada, yada for the whole nine yards of baloney the Defenders of Slaveocracy (D.S.s) base their insipid arguments upon. Maybe even that the "Battle" of Sabine Pass was the equivalent of Thermopylae as one of the other D.S.s stated.

My credentials include living under the delusion of the Noble Cause for eighteen years; a life of study of history (only a minor since I wanted to make a living) and a familiarity with constitutional development and meaning (something the D.S.s don't have because of their dependence upon Jeffersonian interpretations ( or pretensions) which are wrong at every hand; and a thorough understanding of the D.S. arguments merely being opposed to such stupidity is a credential of the highest order.

Knowledge is clearly superior to ignorance except to D.S.s. :^)

Besides that Yankee cesspool for the last near century has been populated by folks run out of the South by hatred, bigorty and ignorance, you know those dark ones you didn't fight the Civil War to keep in chains. Now all these folks are Liberals and causing political problems up here for us true conservatives. Thanks alot.

This weekend I plan on listening to an Orchestra under the stars with a bottle of wine in the Cesspool's main park. Good luck with your swattin' flies.

As an Independent candidate for the new 3rd Congressional District, I’m not running against Kirk Fordice just Ronnie and Tomäto (Two bona fide suck up career politicians), the good ole boy network, the foreign owned Clarion-Ledger, commonly referred to as the Clarion-Liar and the other Jewish media who exclude me from their coverage, the same crowd who waged a propaganda campaign against our state flag last year which they lost and who regularly promote abortion, gun control and higher taxes. I’m not anti-Semitic at all. I’m just tired of the tale wagging the dog. I blame those in charge for the problems we face and believe they should all go so others can try to fix them. Whether the evil Mississippi media reports it or not I am standing up and fighting for what you believe in and I deserve your vote.
I'm also tired of the tale wagging the dog, and that's no fairy tail.

Rankin County, MS – Jim Giles issued the following statement today in regard to reforming public education:

First, I would fire all the bureaucrats in the education industry who are not teaching students in the classroom how to read, write and to think critically with the exception of the headmaster abolishing the Department of Education and the office of Superintendent of Education. Second, I would have all teachers and applicants to teach take an examination developed to test their skills and scholarship in the subjects they are to instruct on and set a minimum score below which any teacher would be fired or not hired. Third, I would require all teachers to serve food for thirty (30) days to prisoners at the Parchman Prison Farm to see firsthand the consequences of a bad education and to weed out individuals who lack a strong backbone and constitution. Fourth, I would double teacher pay to $60,000 per year. Fifth, I would throw out the current curriculum and go and find the finest educational institution in the country and adopt their curriculum verbatim, text books, school hours and all. Sixth, I would expel all students who impeded the development of the majority including students with mental, physical and behavioral problems offering them education elsewhere. And lastly, I would de-emphasize sports in general especially team sports like football and basketball and emphasize instead physical fitness, e.g., swimming, running, cycling, etc. that you can carry with you into middle and old age.

Obviously a product of the Mississippi public education system.

No...try University of Texas....

and Sabine Pass, while not quite that important, was a major victory for the Confederacy, because it stopped the Yankee attempt to conquer Texas....

which they NEVER did, by the way!

Sorry but your idea of self-taught history doesn't count bud.....
