The AAMVA contends this is not a proposal for a national identification system but would merely link all state ID systems in one federal data store.

I contend that I do not live in a house, but merely a well-organized pile of boards, nails and bricks.

1) Mohammed Atta would have qualified for it or
2) A loophole or an unofficial policy on non-enforcement will exist allowing illegal aliens to obtain this card.
