Bartender saying some part of his statement to the cops...he was misquoted, and inferred the cop wrote down the wrong thing.

Says he was handed a report today with a report of his statement and he does not agree with what is in it re: his testimony and his report to the police.

That's special. Considering there are other witnesses. He may well have seen nothing, he's the bartender he was working.

Often witnesses right their own statements, initial each page etc., so there are no mistakes. That's terribly sloppy work for the cops to just ''take notes'' of the bartender's statements.

Bartender says BVD was not drunk, as she was "aware" of what of going on around her.

In the field we call that tolerance...what would knock us off our feet leaves others walking ok...The lady is no lady she has a hollow leg

I have been reading the posts on this thread and you, South Flank, have been totally obnoxious as you were last night. YOU have been on the attack. Apparently if someone has an opinion that doesn't exactly agree with yours you feel the need to belittle the other person rather than stating that you disagree and why.

From what I can glean, there was a statement to the cops about BVD partying hard. He did not mean they were drunk and carousing, just having a good time dancing.

Just for the record--and it might yet be mentioned--some neighbors apparently said there was more to BVD and DW than meets the eye, and Aussie papers printed it. Unfortunately, the people who like to get threads pulled when they report things they don't like got that thread pulled, and the Aussie paper in question only keeps things online for a few weeks before pulling them. It might be something, it might not be. But it has been said.

Isn't it just odd that we learned that Rich had actually complained about DW's RV? I took the testimony to mean that he made some sort of official complaint - does anyone else know for sure what was said? If he did make some sort of "official" complaint - do you think that the complainer remained anonymous to DW?

commontators just said that the police completely fabricated the bartenders testimony. That is so unbelievable..trying to make it appear that brenda was worse off then she was.

Very true. I waitressed, years ago, in a restaurant that became "a bar" at night. On a busy Friday, even during the day sometimes, it would be so busy that there'd be no way a bartender could keep track of customers that weren't right in front of him/her.

Perhaps the bartender is just referring to the time period when BVD and DW were at the bar. If I remember the PH correctly, BVD said they started out at the bar, and moved to the pool tables later. So it's quite possible that BVD didn't seem that drunk to him, if he saw her earlier in the evening.

Then again, she could have a high tolerance for alcohol, and her memory lapses could be attributed to the pot she had smoked out in the parking lot.

Funny comment since I often do not agree you YOU. But I don't feel the need to dispense with common courtesy and insult and attack you. What I am seeing is Alisasny making a comment and then being hammered for her supposed "ignorance". In fact the attacks have been totally one sided.
