i guarantee you more was afoot with klinton than this. either he was a spy or globalist who wanted to weaken the US to the point of loss of sovereignty. look at the totality of what he did...china, iraq, decimate the military and fbi, cia, crush their morale, reno, wtc I, etc. all this while being smart enough to lie better than any other pol. to date, and you cant be a good liar unless you are very smart and clever, being a rhode scholar, etc. very smart person. he is not incompetent enough to allow for this pattern-it was done on purpose. that gore lost really crossed things up.
