No, he didn't say that. He said he heard a voice.

I did not watch, only followed the thread, here. Did he not say, under direct or cross, that there were other MH's close by? And, if so, as voices carry in the desert, could he not have heard a voice from one of the other campsites?

No, he didn't say that. He said he heard a voice.

The tow truck driver also said he was near the running engine of the vehicle when he thought he heard the voice and that's why he had to walk around it and ask Westerfield if he had said something to him. I also noticed that the prosecution didn't directly ask him if the talking sounded like a child's voice or an adult voice to him.

And then there's the issue of the tow truck driver refusing to talk to the defense investigators unless he first got the balance of the money that Westerfield owed him for the tow ...

Still doesnt fly with me because if they heard a voice it would be a womans voice. Second the prosecution is saying she was gagged. That being the case what leads anyone to believe that in a public place he would have ungagged her? Third IF she was in the MH and alive and ungagged she would have probably yelled for help. Still it does not add up as convincing evidence of anything other then he was at the strand.
