It is just this side of an ultimatum. I think rintense was pretty much on target, but his timetable for implementing major exports from Russia might be on the pessimistic side. This is a much stronger speech than I expected.

And before the speech CNN had Barak on......he said there will be NO going back to the Clinton plan. (boo hoo billy boy) and afterwards Barak said he was totally in agreement with the President.
