The settlers are not happy though...that's for sure.Considering that the President just ringingly endorsed the Mitchell Report as continuing US policy, I bet not. The broadcast media will probably miss that, since it doesn't lend itself to those 30 second sound bites. But the Government of Israel definitely got the message.
