How many schools would be attacked, how many shopping malls, how many churches, how many police ambushed, etc., and what kinds of "measured" responses and where would they be aimed. The one element missing, which is an unknown variable, is "when would local or regional vigalanteism take over and how can it be prevented?"

Also, for anyone who can pass a criminal history check, and letter of recommendation, I highly suggest you check out Storm Mountain Training Center. It is one of the best, if not the best tactical training schools in the US. If the terrorists do try to use that kind of attack, you will be much more prepared to handle it.
