[history]
All the characters in the ImClone insider-trading mess have one trait in common: They're all liberals. Indeed, Clintonian liberals.
A key principle of Clintonian liberalism is that if someone is proficient at his job, his character doesn't matter. (Forgotten how we learned this principle? One word: Monica.) And that principle is central to the ImClone mess.

CLINTONIAN LIBERALISM DEFINED: "A key principle of Clintonian liberalism is that if someone is proficient at his job, his character doesn't matter. (Forgotten how we learned this principle? One word: Monica.) And that principle is central to the ImClone mess. "
ImClone is one example of the artificial role-players, like Frankenstein monsters roaming the land, who illustrate the Clintons' conniving mentality. Bill and Hitlery are examples of ambition gone amok. These two world-class phonies did nothing unless it benefited their political ambitions. In the Clinton White House, everything was for sale. Self-serving Monica, who's so abtuse, she still doesn't understand why she is infamous, put on the knee-pads and got under Clinton's desk so she could get a better job.
May all of them, including the Waksal family, Martha Stewart, Harvey Finestein, the Grubmans, all live long and hard under the onus of infamy.

Can't wait for the major media to shout it from the rooftops.
I can dream, can't I?

Martha Stewart gave $170,000 to liberal Democratic candidates. Chop, chop, chop away at that salad, Martha, while we laugh, laugh, laugh.

ImClone, Enron, Arthur Anderson, Global Crossing, Catholic Priest scandals, child abductions, global and domestic terrorism ... and now the radical left wants to rid the Pledge of Alliegence of the phrase "under God". If ever there was a time to remind public school children of their moral compass it is now.

Hey, don't forget about Ross Perot!
Nevermind his great media introduction, the whole thing was a scam.
Even our current "economic downturn" was planned in 1999.

Enron. Ken Lay. Some people have very selective memories.
Until people wake up to the fact that both sides steal from us every chance they get we are doomed to dance for the crooked politicians.
FR dances to this kind of garbage article and crazy Libs dance to similar articles blaming Conservatism for Enron.
We all dance and they steal from us. Both Parties end up happy and laughing at us.

The road to Hell is paved with Friends of Bill. One of the first things that really made me intensely dislike clinton was the way he ( and his lackeys ) discarded people. I have never liked Martha and her fussy, dominatrix ways, but I do take a certain rude pleasure in seeing yet another clinton-enabler come to grief and be abandoned.

More of the CLINTON LEGACY -- sure it "extends" to business -- HYPE, HYPE, HYPE -- the "Bill" is just "coming" due. Let's see if the RATS want to open this can of worms in an attempt to make a campaign issue out of corporate excess -- it will come back at them faster than Carville, Schrum and Bagala can type out an invoice.

She also had a gushing testimonial from New York's most prominent liberal, Sen. Hillary Clinton - a favor Clinton did for no other candidate in the primary. I wonder if this had anything to do with it:

What is your considered opinion of the shape Clinton left the nation in at noon on January 20,2001?That was,of course, nineteen months ago.

But even though this happened, as did ALL OF THE OTHER CORPORATE CORRUPTION under Bubba's watch.
It's still symptomatic of Republican special interests and all that stuff.

I was wondering what the Hillabeast had on other Dems aside from their FBI files. She can threaten to endorse their campaigns. Ouch.

That Waksal (a PhD immunobiologist of unquestioned technical competence)are we missing something here considering all the mysterious deaths in this sector?

Your comment would be a fitting response on so many threads these days. If I may add to it:
ImClone, Enron, Arthur Anderson, Global Crossing, Catholic Priest scandals, child abductions, global and domestic terrorism ...lesbians trolling for sperm, female partners adopting children, presidential porcelain proclivities publicly proclaimed, shockingly scandalous lyrics and motion pictures, Hollywood personalities suggesting stonings, political correctness preventing self-preservation ... and now the radical left wants to rid the Pledge of Alliegence of the phrase "under God".
The country is riding in a handbasket.

crazy Libs dance to similar articles blaming Conservatism for Enron. That one lost its credibility with people that can read and reason. It was shown to be a Klintoon era problem.

Blaming Conservatives for Enron is every bit as credible as blaming Liberals for ImClone. Both theories are idiotic.
Blame greed of those with power for both.

I agree with you.

You never see a picture of either Clinton more than 2 inches away from a deep pocketd CEO. You couldn't blast them away with a daisy cutter. Yet it was their spin machine who screamed loud and long about the 80's being the decade of Republican greed.

Martha certainly didn't look like she was laughing on CBS Morning show the other morning. She looked more like Richard Nixon near the end of his presidency.

While I have enjoyed several of her cooking shows especially when she was baking, I'm really not a fan. I understand (not first-hand knowledge,of course)she is not very nice to people in her employ. So, if she is experiencing some discomfort from all of this, good!
