UGH! That is the one that kills me! We got together with some old friends last weekend and unfortunately, the subject came up of who did we vote for. Well, my wifes best friend started in on how Gore should really be president and they voted for him because he is so smart, much smarter than Bush. Oh man, did I ever want to straighten her out, but these are good friends that we dont see often, so I bit my tongue. These are well educated people too. I agree with all you say except this part. I don't think there's any kind of bubble in our area. We can get a 2000 square foot home around here for about 150,000 or less.

The coasts have a higher cost of living (including housing) but they also have a higher average wage to compensate.
