Federal funding for programs to remove forest undergrowth have been increased since a destructive wildfire burned more than 200 homes at Los Alamos, N.M., two years ago. Someone help me out here. Wasn't that destructive wildfire that swept through Los Alamos a proscribed burn, set by the feds during a high wind advisory?

And who are those judges who allowed appeals to be brought up based on wackos calling fire where there was no fire while real fire was going on elsewhere? The incompetence is unbelievable.
