I've noticed that a lot. Americans start their questions often with false, political premises and spin, often agendized. Foreign reporters ask "who, what, where". They haven't been poisoned by P.C. journalism "schools."

Please note, President Bush is patiently answering....this is a very good strategy. He's getting periodic giggles from the room...he's being very good natured. He answers the CNN reporter's question by saying he has suggested some of the same things as Senator Sarbannes, and he's sure they can come to agreement on what should be done.

What's with all this Harken crap? This has been done and overdone - if it were a piece of meat it would be carbon by now.

You'd think Little Tommy Dashole would have real issues to put up for debate, by now, wouldn't you? I mean, the shrimp's been at his job for a while and should have figured out which end is up.

I don't know how Bush keeps from looking the camera (ie, the American people) directly in the eye and simply going through a litany of issues that have been passed by the House and are held up in the Senate and then laying the entire load at the feet of Little Tommy.

I don't have his capacity for long-suffering. Perhaps its a good thing I'm not in politics.
