If I remember correctly, if testing the evidence somehow distroy or alters it, it must be done in from of an agent for the defense.

I'm not deliberately misunderstanding anything. I think you should remember that I have been listening to people say "oh no, no one here think DW is innocent ... we're all on the fence". That turned out not ot be true. As to people saying child porn is less of a menace than swinging ... it has happened. Having said that, I think the people who say it are not aware that is more, much more insideous than reguloar porn. Perhaps they are not aware of the magnitude of the problem.
